I weighed myself and I was 53.5kg. Then I held the rolled up mat and weighed myself again and it said 55.5kg. With a quick mathematical calculation I worked out that the mat must be 2kg. I then did the same in pounds and discovered that I was 4lb heavier holding the mat. Hope that helps.
