Bach Remedies have been around for a long time before they were widely available in pharmacies and health/whole food shops. My mum swore by it, and all the others. It works. Not sure if the formula’s changed - don’t think so. Got this for my son, who was very anxious starting a new job, plus the one for sleep aid. Always works for stress and trauma but in a more subtle way. I would always use for me & my kids when they were growing up and would recommend for any age except v young children.

Purchased for a dementia sufferer to help calm her during agitated periods. Appears to work most occasions but probably depends on the individual and the extent of their condition. One thing I would mention is that I find it extremely difficult to remove the plastic covering on the top of the bottle which is obviously necessary prior to using the product. Star deducted for that reason.

Not particularly a sleeping aid but it'll certainly help you to relax at bedtime and quieten any racing mind thoughts. It's more for day time use when you face situations that you need alittle help to calm down ,but still with full clarity of mind - not a sedative product.Recommended, even if just in the medical tin as it is what it says a "Rescue remedy"...Good for shock, bareavement, exams , speeches.. This is one product that continues to deliver. It is a standby in our household - and I am always happy to recommend it to friends and family. Only drawback (if it counts) is that it has increased in price year by year so is now a considered purchase but having said that I wold not be without a bottle of Rescue Remedy as it is amazing how many times it helps when stress, trauma and anxiety is experienced.

Good stuff better then Cbd works almost immediately great for anxiety well worth the money not sure about sleeping better but it works

I use this most of the time , I have an illness that causes me to have panic attacks , when I use this product it does help me .
