Absolutely great product. I use it on the floor, as I sit and sleep on the floor these days (lifestyle thing and also don't have furniture right now). For sleeping, I use a yoga mat with this thing on it's long side with the short side against the wall so that I am sleeping lying down but on an incline for the top part of my body. I find this works for my breathing issues and is comfortable. I use a small pillow on top for side sleeping, otherwise there's nothing supporting my neck and my shoulders hunch up. (I also have additional padding to sleep on as well in this setup.)I especially love this for floor sitting and definitely recommend it for that. I put the short side on the floor and the long side against the wall. In front of that, I use a folded rug/blanket and large, flat pillow to sit on. When I want to sit up a bit straighter, I just add a small flat pillow behind my back. All set!Of course you can do all this on a bed just as well. I find the firmness and softness to be perfect. I have not yet tried to remove the cover for washing.

Very versatile, the fabric is very soft. It stated it had a foam smell, but it wasn't strong.

I have needed to sleep at an incline for a few years now due to gut issues. I purchased this wedge pillow because piling up multiple regular pillows was not cutting it. So far, after a month or so of use, this pillow is still holding up well and has not flattened at all. I also do not wake up with a sore back. It is sturdy and offers great support. I enjoy the ability to recline at different degrees of incline and I like the many different options of sleep based on the placement of the extra pieces. There are only 2 issues I've had: I wake up occasionally from sliding down (but this may be fixed if I use something under my knees) and the velcro areas don't seem to line up well for the extra pieces. The straps appear to be too long and I have to angle them to velcro them well.Overall, I'm very pleased with this pillow. It's helped me out a lot for my needs.

This is not a cheaply made wedge and the price wasn’t too bad. It’s pretty firm, adjustable and comes in a nice washable cover.I did buy wedge pillow cases to go over the cover as they’re easy to get on and off to wash.My Mother is 83 and loves this wedge pillow. It helps keep her more upright in bed and at a comfortable angle to sleep.

To be honest it's a comfortable pillow but it's not good if you're looking for support or expecting an item that can be flipped around with the same effectiveness on different sides or a combinations. I think it'll get dirty pretty quick too. The velcro straps securing the two main parts together are flimsy and don't allow for making a real tight connection. The foam used for each of the three sections is very soft and if you're in need of significant support don't waste your time with this. You can get memory foam that has a soft initial feel and is still get provides support in any configuration. You would never see this thing in a occupational therapy setting. Like I said it's just a pillow basically. I am 5'7 and I could use at least a couple inches greater length in the longest direction. It's hard to explain but it basically flops over under my weight (152 lbs). Maybe when I don't have broken ribs enjoy using it while I watch TV but I'm going to have to go back to the drawing board and find something that works as advertised. One last thing, there is multiple typos in the instructions. It's a small thing but I'm dying to know what high incline is.(Amazon won't let me add pictures without giving them permissions to access everything on my phone so sorry. Amazon sucks)

I'm dealing with a lot of back and neck pain can't sleep laying down have to sleep on recliner so thought I would give this a try it works like it should helps with pain and I'm back in my bed

Had rotator cuff surgery recently and this wedge helped me sleep in the right position days and weeks after. Made with top notch quality material and the fact that you could add/delete sections for the right angle was a huge plus. Highly recommend !

The smell from the is pillow is absolutely horrific. We washed the covers 3x before they did not have a smell any longer. The foam pads have been airing out for 2 days and they still smell horrible and give us instant headaches bc it’s so over powering. They foam pillows can’t be washed so I’m not sure what to do. Is there a reason for this smell? How do you get it to go away and what is it from?

Este producto tiene materiales de buena calidad, pero tieneuna almohadilla muy suave y de poco espesor que no proporciona apoyo y soporte suficiente para tu cuello. Incomoda para dormir, pero la recomendaria para los que padecen reflujo, si estás resfriado para que puedas respirar mejor o para leer a gusto. No lo puedo devolver porque viene empacado al alto vacío y ya no cabe en el empaque en el que venía, además de que ya recibí una amonestación por parte de Amazon de que devuelvo muchos de los productos que les he comprado. Si un producto no cumple con el desempeño y/o función que tu esperas, para que lo vas a conservar? Mejor lo devuelves, pues es uno de los beneficios que te ofrece esta plataforma de comercio electrónico.
