First impressions the past few days have been very good. Can't speak for the longevity of such commodity LEDs (RGB strips I've found to be notoriously unreliable), so basing this review solely on the first few days. And I'm really liking it. The remote control is small, but logically laid out and uncluttered, with separate on/off buttons for main lamp and the night lamp. The up-firing ultra-warm 2000k night light is very useful, especially using the remote control, where one can fire it off and on during dark movie nights to gently light up the room during breaks to avoid breaking toes or kneecaps on the coffee table, or momentarily blinding oneself by turning on bluer lamps. And it's the nearest thing to gently bringing on the warm theatrical house lights as the credits roll. The night-light brightness is also adjustable. The variable three-colour temperature, adjustable brightness LEDs for the main down-firer lamp is also spot on. At 6000k it goes dazzlingly bright, while the 3000k is nicely warm and cozy for a living room. I like that the remote has insta-buttons for 10% and 50% brightness. I can't imagine using 100% brightness very often, so lack of a dedicated button for 100% brightness isn't a loss for me, but YMMV. Installation was easy enough, and I very much appreciate the inclusion of the metal support wire to attach the base and the cover together while wiring in the electrics. My only neg though is that the electric block on the user-side didn't seem especially secure: once clamped down, a little tug always seemed to pull my wires out, even after stripping wire back to ensure it went all the way in. This looseness didn't seem to be the case for the internally attached wires on the other side of the block, which were secure at roughly the same tug strength. Still, once it's all hooked up on the ceiling it's not going to be pulled by anyone, so I'm confident it will be ok. It's just something to be aware of: push it right in and clamp on the plastic retaining clips as firmly as you can, then be careful not to pull on the wires while putting the cover on.

Very pleased with this light, it was easy to fit and a a number of programs that can be altered with the remote control. I purchased this because we have bunk beds near the main light and this is much safer for the children and is dimmable and can also be put on a timer to go off. Great and looks lovely. Will be purchasing more for the other rooms.

Very slim and flush mount as stated on the tin. Easy to operate via remote to change colour or change intensity of light. I love 10% and 50% intensity button. I wish night mode light as warm white or cool white but it is more yellow(ish) as shown in picture so giving 4 star.

I purchased these for my 2 bedrooms and I’m so impressed I got two more for the living room and the best part is if I lose a remote I have another 3 on hand. Love the nightlight with auto off. Also warm white and cool white. Great products.

This light is just what I needed. It was easy to fit, with push fit connections that feel sturdy. The different options of light are great. I use the bright white when preparing food, but later drop to the warm white. When entertaining the halo style light offers a warm glow. The intensity can be controlled by the remote control and I have no flicker. A light that is simple to install and offers a good range of various lighting, at a good price too.

Great light very sturdy remote control is great as well you can easily fit this yourself but I did use a electrician different settings makes it a really good worthy piece of equipment don't regret about two of them
