After reading this, it made me rethink my approach to health. Dr. Seed dives into how simple changes to how we eat, move, & sleep can make a huge impact on our energy & how we age. He explains the science behind these habits in such a clear & relatable way.It’s all super doable. No extreme diets or insane workouts, just practical advice. It’s ultimately about taking care of your body so you can make the most of the years you have in this 1 life. Book is definitely worth the read.

The first section of the book was too rambling for me. The work of cells in our body can certainly be dry but this author needs a lesson from Hemingway. Short and to the point. The section on supplements is something we read about continuously and the diet and exercise sections are applicable to beginners. Since I am not a beginner to this lifestyle, I found the book almost useless. Sorry.
