Incorporate more vegetarian meals
I am looking to get my family to eat more vegetarian meals, and this book is just what I was looking for. I will start by saying that this is a vegetarian book, not a vegan book, so the recipes have eggs, dairy, etc. The beginning of the book talks a little bit about going vegetarian and some different ways you can do that. Then we get into the recipes. I liked that the recipes are big on flavor. You won't miss the meat at all.

wow
As a vegan, it is great to see inspiring cookbooks that are based on veggies! I fully agree with the author on choosing your health and sustainability over a quick and fast foods that will leave you in the bad health and financial ruin from doctors billsThis book has great pictures easy to get into the plant-based lifestyle, ideas and back it up with science and facts to make you want to keep going!

learning better ways to eat
I am not a vegetarian but I really don’t like meat I really like this book because it helps me find things I like without eating meat.I always thought a person had to eat meat with this book I realize I really don’t have too.I wish this book had more pictures in it but a over all good cookbook.

Very poorly written and content is both inaccurate and replicated
I'm not sure if any of the other reviewers actually read the first 4 chapters of this book, but it is full of replication, paragraph after paragraph, as though the writer has simply cut and paste section after section of the same details. One paragraph mentioned that Tofu and Tempeh were good sources of protein 3 times in the same paragraph, and the setion about needing Iron was replicated in two different chapters identically. To add a final insult to the reader's knowledge, the very first recipe includes Roast Pork! which is obviously a standard egg fried rice recipe that the writer forget to remove the meat element from. Don't waste your money on this in my opionion.
