This was a great purchase for me because I wear makeup most days but find that makeup wipes and many makeup removers are harsh on my skin. I had been using micellar water which was definitely much gentler than the wipes I’d been using, but I felt like I went through it quickly and it wasn’t the most convenient way to remove my makeup. I started using this with a wet Erase My Face cloth and gently using circular motions to break down the MU and then followed this with a gentle cleanser like Cetaphil or the Aveeno calm and restore. Since I find that double or triple cleansing my skin is the best way to avoid acne I then use a little bit of Cerave toner. My skin feels so clean and moisturized even before I put on my nighttime cream. Highly recommend this for friends with sensitive skin!

I have been hearing a lot about asian beauty products so I wanted to give some a try. I have noticed some of the typical wipes or liquid makeup removers you find here in the states can be a little harsh to the skin. I wanted to see if there was something out there that was more gentle without being too expensive. I read about this product on another site and was impressed that it was paraban free, sulfate free, fragrance free etc. I expected the shipping to take a little more time since it was coming from Japan. I actually received it a couple weeks sooner than the date predicted for delivery. The product was packaged well to prevent leaking.The amount received is good for the price. I have been using this cleansing milk for about three weeks now and I have to say I love it! There truly is no smell to it and a little bit goes a long ways. When I use typical wipes or liquid removers, my eye makeup can be harder to get off. This product takes it right off. Even your mascara. I only have to gently massage my eyes to get the makeup off. I have acne prone skin so I have to be careful what I use. I haven't noticed any problems with my skin since using this product. I highly recommend you try this product if you are looking for something gentle that removes your makeup easily and is affordable. The only drawback i can see is you would have to order a little ahead so you didn't run out before a replacement came, but this product is worth it.

I really love this milk cleanser as we sometimes need something milder than oil cleanser, when are not wearing sun screen or make up. It is also fragrance free, which is a plus point. I will repurchase it for sure!

This makeup remover is perfect for sensitive skin. Since my skin gets dry easy and I can't use oil type remover, I wanted to try this milky type.It does work but sometimes I need to wash twice to remove my makeup completely so I removed 1 star.

I have sensitive, dry/normal skin and this cleanser is very gentle! It makes my skin soft and is one of the only cleansers I've tried so far that hasn't dried out or irritated my skin. Also, there is no weird film on my face after I rinse! I wouldn't use this to remove makeup or sunscreen; it is better off used as a second cleanser after your first cleanser.

For a makeup remover you would expect it to be able to remove makeup. Not with this one though. It was gentle which I liked, but not effective. I had to use my Bioderma water to remove the rest of the makeup on my face because this cleanser wasn't effective at doing it. ANd I was only using a little bit of light concealer too. Plus this product seems to stay on the skin after rinsing. I'd look elsewhere if I were you.
