I wrote a review on this mat earlier as I got it to do some pre-op exercises in advance of a total knee replacement. I had to come back and submitanother review as I did not uncover until after I got home from the hospital with a new knee, that you can totally use this mat on top of your bed. It it firm yet cushiony, and I gave it a try on top of my bed while doing some of my physical therapy exercises like heel slides and various other exercises I have to do lying down. I am 5'2" but not a petite weight and I was delighted that the mat didn't sink or get all uneven while I did my therapy sessions. I was so concerned as to how I was going to do my physical therapy at home since it is impossible for me to get down on the floor without someone helping me get back up. When I put the mat on my bed, that totally enabled me to dothe required exercises on my own without having to wait for assistance getting up and down on the floor. I am so happy I bought this mat!

The mat fit perfectly under the practice bar I purchased for my little one and protected her from landing on the bar supports.

Got this for 9 yr old grand daughter. After 6 mo, it shows no sign of wear although she uses it every day. Great buy. Wish I had gotten 2 of them.

I would like to begin by saying that I absolutely adore this mat so much, and I would highly recommend it for anyone who wants a functional mat, either for gymnastics or yoga. This mat is extremely useful for people of all ages, and both my children and I can comfortably use this mat. The size of this is perfect for stretching, and a little bit of tumbling. It is also extremely durable, and is extremely sturdy and hard to break. It also gives amazing grip, while not being excessively sticky or slippery.

Got this for my gals to do simple exercise - Pilates, stretching. Like the quality of the mat - durable, waterproof, easy to clean, holds up to sanitizing agent well. Wife likes that it’s easy to set up and put away. Has good weight but not too heavy. Daughter likes the colorful patterns, so it’s not a boring single color. Definitely worth the value for the comfort and safety.

The size was as listed, It’s nice and thick, and my granddaughter and her older brother have had hours and hours of practice and fun on it. It will seems like it is sturdy and going to hold up for a long time.It was a great price for such a quality product.
