Great for hemiplegia
This kit was a good choice for a newbie as it provides a range of different ways to exercise hands. Bought for my son who has hemiplegia, he uses all but one regularly.

Quality product.
This grip trainer is a pleasure to have, the only complaint I have is that the rubber attachments that train the opening of your hand by attaching to your wrist via a velcro strap. These rubber attachments are likely to snap as the one did in my case.

Great strength training equipment
My son has just got into climbing and said he was very happy with the variety of these items, he liked that there was a counter on the hand grip trainer. The items are all good quality and have good resistance. Good value for money for me and one happy son too. Bonus!
