7/29/25Update# 3The company reached out to me and made it right. I had a new unit delivered within a couple of days. I’m grateful they did this because I like the way there system works. It provides an abundance of needed information. My only complaint is that they need to advertise their customer service number better. The only info I could find was for China.7/21/25Changed this to a 1-star. Item worked only 3 months and died. Tried new power supply and cleaned pins nothing. Don’t buy this. May change this back if seller issues a replacement unit.It works good once you figure out the programming. The instructions are kind of vague, the hoses are quite a pain because of the material they do not uncoil nicely. Overall worth the money.

The media could not be loaded. We have a 40 gallon breeder Crested Gecko setup. Yes, it’s way too wide for an arboreal lizard, but that aside, we had a single mister installed. We still had to spray on the daily to keep the humidity up. I tried putting a second drop in, but the pump wasn’t strong enough. So that’s why I purchased this mister. Now we have FULL COVERAGE!!! I’ve a video of it installed and in action but the video keeps failing to load. I will keep trying for a bit.The instructions are well written and clearly stated. The controller is easy to use, even without the instructions. I was able to completely set it up without reading the instructions. Only did in the end to make sure I didn’t miss anything.The only thing that’s weird to me, is the charging port on the bottom of the controller itself. This makes no sense at all. You can plug it in and it powers in, but unless you have it docked you can’t control the pump. Then once it’s on the dock you cannot access this port. However, there really isn’t any need to access it so I can’t say it’s faulty or anything. You just plug into the port on the dock.I do wish the connection between the controller and dock were more secure. It doesn’t take a lot to knock if free. But thankfully it has a battery backup, which is awesome! So as long as you have batteries installed you will not mess anything up. It does have a screw on the clip that joins the two. I am going to play with shimming the clip to see if I can get that tightened up. If not, I think I will add some double-sided tape or something.Just don’t understand why the two are separate. Maybe I’m missing something? Would be nice if you could mount the controller away from the dock. It’s somewhat bulky in comparison.Overall, great value and I highly recommend it!

It works auto water, it doesn't mist,the noise is not bad, it has a lot of features for the money setup wasn't included just it's functional programs. Quality of the head unit is ok for the cost, just wish it actually mist and not streams!

This system works great and is exactly what I was hoping for, at a reasonable price. However, one of the valves/sprayers doesn’t work so I emailed customer service. That was in February. Still haven’t heard back, so I’m going to need to buy another, I guess. So product 3/5 stars, customer service 5/5 stars.Updated after customer service experience 6/18/25Seller made this right by offering a partial refund and suggestions on replacing broken nozzle. Thank you for your help!

Easiest to set up, most variables and best spray of any one of these. I’ve tried in this price range. Happy chameleon. I love the flow adjustment and parameters and the screen is great. It kept rebooting and then I realized I just needed to plug it into the unit and not the dock while I set it up because I kept Jocelyn it off the dock once I did that I had no further problems and once I was done, I plugged it back into the dock and left it on the shelf. Easy Peezy.

I got the mister for my 3 tree frogs but after about a 2 months of use the computer display completely shut off and will not turn back on. worked amazing up until that point so i’m very disappointed.

I bought this for my lizard aquarium and the pump died after 6 months. I only ran it once a day on the interval setting and now the screen works but the pump is dead. Would not recommend.

Great product, a little tricky learning to program, but it works great.
