These blinds are attractive and practical. The seller was more than accommodating and made blinds for me custom. They did not originally offer the size I needed but they agreed to make them bigger. I couldn’t be happier with them. The remote is a bit of a learning curve but I eventually figured it out. So much more affordable than using an American blind company.

We have one BIG window in our bedroom that is difficult to get to and since it is the only window in that room we want the shade all the way up. This makes it easy. It was not hard to set up and works great. I bought the charger and keep it plugged into the shade only plugging it into the wall when it needs charging. I have had it about a month now and haven't had to charge it yet. It blocks the light really well.

The media could not be loaded. Shade gets stuck on one end when rolling down. This kind of eliminates the whole advantage of having a remote control or an automatic shade because I often have to grab it. Looks nice. Easy to install. Don’t subtract any from your window width as instructed. Ours is 1/4” to narrow.

Great experience and product. I was impressed with the seller contacting me to make sure all my measurements were right. The product shipped with everything I needed. I asked for the solar recharger (smart!) and the Alexa compatibility. They were easy to install -- but pay attention to detail! The motor works on RF with the remote and also connected to my Alexa without the need for the additional RF box (not sure what to do with the extra box, but that's okay). I ordered and set up 3 blinds. Each works flawlessly.

I received the blind with a bit of cosmetic damage which I let slide, but when I went to try and pair the control with the blind the control would work at all. Thinking maybe it was a bad battery I went out and bought a new battery but nothing again. I reached out through Amazon for some help to see what could be don’t but never got a reply. Then I tried reaching out directly through email and again no reply.considering the price I had hoped for better support.Now I have a $400 blind that is useless.Edit : was finally contacted after 2 weeks and control came with the contact not working but was able to fix it and product worked great if they would have contacted me earlier the would have earned a higher rating
