Vanilla Beans 10 Tahitian Extract Grade B 3~4 inches, cuts splits whole by Vanilla Products USA

I'm making vanilla and this was a great product for the money. I made sure to read all the reviews and knew what I was paying for. That said, these beans were great for what I needed them for. For making vanilla. Not for baking with or cooking with or anything else. They are split, so while there are still beans in them, it's not like getting a whole bean. They were not dried out nor were they moldy. I would buy them again in a heart beat. If I was still making large batch vanilla Ice Cream I would buy them for that as well. Do not buy these if you are hoping to get a cheap alternative to the whole beans, you will be disappointed. If you making vanilla or vanilla sugar, these are the beans for you.

I use these beans to make my own vanilla. It is fabulous. In about six monts my vanilla will be excellent for cooking. I like to let my vanilla sit for longer than most to get a deeper flavor.

This product arrived on time in an airtight bag and smelled wonderful when I opened it. They were the perfect consistency (not too wet/not too dry) for making extract!

First take note these are not full size beans. They are cut up pieces. I would guess the pieces would equal maybe 3 full size beans. However I bought these to make vanilla extract and I am pleased with how it turned out. Just wasnt able to make as much as I had originally planned. I also used too much vodka per bean amount but that was my own fault, it still turned out good vanilla extract would just make it stronger next time.

These are fine for making vanilla extract, however, they are more expensive than other brands I have used in the past. For some reason, the beans all seem much more costly right now.

These vanilla beans are perfect for extract. These are not the kind you can scrape the vanilla out of, they are to small and harder than the grade A type. They smell wonderful and fit perfectly in the 4 ounce bottles I bought.

This is advertised at 10 beans but they are actually 5 and cut in half. You can clearly see in the photo they are cut in half. A bean is a bean if you cut it in half you have TWO HALFs of a bean. Advertised as 10, but you only get 5 beans. I would not buy this product from them with this misrepresentation. I give a star because I have to, but it’s really zero

What I received was better than I expected with the beans being fresh, soft and filled with beans. My package contained beans that were 4 inches at least and I would buy them again replenish my vanilla mix.
