If you DoorDash/UberEats, this is the bag you want. It has a frame construction that can take a beating and will hold all the food you can physically fit inside it without worry of it dropping out. For 19/20 deliveries, this bag can fit it all. The dimensions inside the bag can't fit 2 standard size togo paper bags (the ones McDonalds uses), it can fit 1 on 1 side if you move the center divider past the center line. You can do this if you cut out the corners in the foam cupholder thing so it will have another 1/4 inch or so to move. This way you can fit every kind of togo container and bag that exists EXCEPT non-standard stryfoam boxes - the ones from Canes but only Canes uses these literally no one else does. You cannot fit 6 extra large drinks from the fast food in this, you might get 4 but I wouldn't risk it. The tops dont have enough room so you have 3 slots in a triangle formation. You can fit 6 drinks if they are just Starbucks, medium drinks, etc. Unless I need to hold 2 McDonalds bags that are maxed stacked, this will hold most of my stacked orders. I'll usually keep one customers food on one side and the other customer on the other. Or if I have to run drinks, this is perfect for walking up to the door with only a single bag. I have a single strap I use for it and i recommend single strap, easier and faster to hold and let go safely. If you do use single strap, put your drinks on the outer cupholders to balence the center of gravity. The cupholder will not carry RT 44 and extra large drinks. Also watch out with paper cups as they will stick to foam with condensation, twist and pull them out slow. The flaps on the top are like sewn in a way so that they always want to be flush with the lid, this makes is super easy to pop on or off and i never use the flaps. I would if you're on bike but in car I just place food in, flick the lid, and drive off. Makes drive thru experience very quick to secure food. The bag (it's really a box tbh) is made of super thick canvas and has thick insulation. If I hand the order to the customer, 50/50 chance they mention the bag. Ive literally had someone give me a $50 tip because their food was "the hottest it has ever been" (I also speed but that's here nor there). That tip, at least in spirit, paid for this bag. It sits comfortably on my passenger seat although I put the seat forward so its more level. I wish I did get the larger versiom because it definitely can fit 2 nonstandard Styrofoam containers side by side and I'm sure theres enough room for 6 large drinks with that cupholder. I will be buying the bigger version. Best $50 I've spent in a while

This bag is a nice size for single stacks of to-go boxes, a single large McDonalds delivery bag, or a pizza box from MOD pizza. I LOVE that it has a frame. It keeps the bag in a great box shape that doesn't collapse on the sides and is easy to keep upright on my passenger seat. The bag is also small enough that I can easily get it in/out of my car as I'm getting in/out on the driver's side (it stays upright and doesn't hit the console or steering wheel as I pull it out of the car). There aren't any major cons to this bag IMO, but there are a few minor ones. The handles and strap aren't high quality, although they work fine. The straps are on the short sides instead of the long sides of the bag, which took some getting used to for me. The bag doesn't have any pockets. And the frame was difficult to insert because the bag fits very tightly around it (which is great once it's finally inserted). Otherwise, I think the bag is perfect for its size. I'm very glad I bought it.

I love that I will not be fighting to open the bag when I do my Door Dash deliveries. My old bag flops over and, when my hands are full, it's hard to open the bag and get the customer's food out. This bag stands up and is very well insulated. I can't wait to try it out on my deliveries. Everything came, as promised, and it was pretty easy to assemble. It's a bit on the heavy side but that's OK. I love the board at the bottom to keep the bag from falling through. I give it five stars and would probably give it six, if I could.

Love the build quality and the magnet closure is great. Won’t hold a full pan aka two half pans side by side. So bag is weighted to one side when you load multiple pans.

I love this bag I started using it immediately. It keeps everything at the right temperature and the cup holders keep the drinks from falling over.However, after about a day I noticed that the strap kept falling off the bag when being carried and after about a week the clip for the strap started to bend and the part that the strap connects to turned and went through the middle of the loop. The loop is slowly breaking and one of the connecters has broken completely.

The size, shape and overall useability of the bag is excellent, however, the frame is made from fiberglass poles that has caused a painful itchy rash all over my hands and wrists. I look like I have paper cuts all over my hands and wrists. It was absolutely not necessary to use fiberglass. The manufacturer should use PVC. I have since enclosed the bag with the lawn and leaf bags. I have no idea how long it is going to take to get rid of this rash. I love the bag but I would highly recommend you wear gloves to put it together and enclose it in trash bags.

The quality of the materials is very good. The size and features are as advertised. The frame was a very tight fit (it's easier to do final assembly of the frame inside the carrier rather try to put it in place ready assembled).
