Marginally Adequate, Insubstantial Materials, Flimsy Construction
SUMMARY of long review: It’s a kit requiring assembly. Cheap materials, not especially well made, but adequate table for light use. Thin fiberboard top was held on by staples – screws were stripped. Mixed review re: materials fit. Adequate hardware. Use an Allen wrench screwdriver or ratchet for assembly instead of the small included L-wrench. Initial impression – a flimsy but adequate table for very gentle use. It could be improved with additional screws, glue and clamps. Ideally, heavier gauge lumber should have been used and the top replaced with plywood. Not worth the price. I would not buy it again.INTRO - At any given time there are several tables identical to this one on Amazon, of Chinese manufacture and marketed under various brand names by different vendors. The prices at the time of this purchase ranged from this one at $188 Prime to over $500 + shipping – for the same table. This one was chosen for lowest price with Amazon fulfillment – no other reason. There were no reviews at the time of this purchase.DIMENSIONS – 24 in wide, 75 in long, 33 in high, 45 lb.MATERIALS – 8 piece kit plus hardware. 4 L-shaped legs (1 x 3 inch wood,) 3 piece lower H-brace (1 x 2 inch wood) & prefabricated top. Top – one inch foam on 3/8 inch fiberboard covered in vinyl, attached to top frame (1 x 3 inch wood) with loose staples. Wood was number 2 pine, sanded & matte polyurethaned. The longitudinal cross piece of the brace was warped, almost 2 inches out of plumb over its length.CONSTRUCTION - lightweight H-brace attached to legs with ¼ x 2 3/8 inch blunt end wood screws and 5/16 x 1 1/4 inch fluted dowel plugs. Of the 10 points of frame contact with the table top, all 3/4 x 3/4 x 3 1/4 inch pine blocks “screwed” to the top, none were attached – they were all stripped. The staples kept the top from falling off. Fiberboard does not hold screws well, especially when it’s so thin and sharp pointed screws are used. (See photos.) The wood was drilled to appropriate depth for the plugs but in the wrong places to allow for a flush fit, making the joints weak (photo.) Disassembly, sanding to bare wood, glue, clamps & reassembly would remedy the issue. The only remedy for the thin fiberboard is replacement.HARDWARE - screws & bolts were Allen heads. 4 bolts attached legs to top through predrilled holes for barrel nuts. Hardware was the most substantial thing about this kit. There were 2 extra of each type of hardware. None were defective.INSTRUCTIONS - instructions are adequate but refer to a non-existent assembly video at their website. They erroneously refer to the barrel nuts as table top bolts.FOAM PADDING - one piece as advertised, but does not extend to the edges of the fiberboard, shy on each side by about ¾ inch. This makes sitting on the edge of the table somewhat uncomfortable. Typically, foam is larger than the surface it covers so the edges are rounded & soft. Not here. The vinyl cover is creased at the 4 corners instead of gathered so those corners stick out (Photo.)ASSEMBLY HINTS – Assemble it where it will be used, it’s an awkward table to move. Use a ratchet or screwdriver-type Allen wrench (photo,) not the tiny included L-wrench. Have a P3 phillips or ¼ inch flat screwdriver to position barrel nuts. Insert the barrel nuts with textured side facing out. Assemble H-brace with dowel plugs & wood screws first, attach it to lower leg holes, invert the top, then position legs over top & attach legs with 4 bolts at each corner. Care should be taken to avoid overtightening the wood screws as they are being driven into end-grain and are easily stripped. Turn table over to stand on its legs only after bolting legs to top. Assembly is less cumbersome with 2 people but one can do it with patience & care.WARRANTY - The company’s Amazon ad copy states a 90 day return period, a 30 day money-back period and a one year warranty. The company was asked about the apparent discrepancy and replied that the copy was in error – the policy is actually 30 days return and 90 days warranty. The enclosed item information sheet from Sleekform states a one year warranty, however. How that would work was not addressed.IMPRESSION - The whole table feels fragile and lighter weight than should be used to support humans. It does not appear to be robust enough for anything but careful, gentle use. The fabrication was sloppy with insubstantial material. It has not been used enough to assess durability for this review, written at 3 weeks. The price paid for this table was probably quite a bit more than it was worth, but considering that cross-country shipment of a 48 lb, very large box was involved, it may not have been entirely unreasonable. I was disappointed in the quality & fit of the pieces, however, and would not buy it again. I certainly would not entertain a higher price. If a 2 piece top folding table is not an issue (it was for me) there are several identical “massage tables” listed on Amazon in this size for a fraction of the price.

Poor quality
This product was poorly assembled and would not support as it was supposed to. It stated it was good to 300# but the supports cracked when my assistant sat on it and he weighed 140#

Love this - comfy & sturdy
Very stable. A little hard to assemble but super comfortable top and the wood smelled really nice and piney. It didn’t seem cheap at all, I really am very happy!

It's a little high
We are a pediatric practice, price point was good, not too difficult to assemble. But it's a little high off the ground. We had to purchase a step stool. But even if you include the price of the stool, it was still less expensive.

Simple and great!
I ordered this table for my physical therapy practice and it's been great. It's pretty heavy so I'd say if you get it you'll want to just leave it one spot and not move it around. It's super sturdy and the fabric is nice. Great for patients of all sizes.Great price, great product! Recommend!
