My favorite case
I went through five cases before finally spending the extra money to try the Mous case. tldr: it was worth the money. Also, the back of the case is thicker allowing the case to be nearly flush with the protruding camera which is something I've not seen with any other case.Like: beautiful design, rugged/feels safe, magsafe, grippy, perfect fit, leather feels good on hand.Dislike: a little bulky and not cheap.

As advertised, but haven't tested the drop rating, yet :)
Great case, love the feel and design (got the carbon fiber back). Only gripe, which isn't really a gripe due to making it less likely to drop, is the back and sides come together with a small lip around the entire case. It feels weird in comparison to the Google-produced case I used, but like I said, it helps with grip. It's a hard case to the touch, but it feels quality. It's expensive, yes, but if it survives a 12 ft drop, it's worth it to protect a $1k investment. The look of the carbon back is great. It does feel like hard plastic to the touch, but you should expect that if you want drop protection. I hope I never have to come back and edit my review due to a drop, but if I do, it will be a positive edit.

Looks great, but doesn't feel great in hand
The case looks amazing, and looks like it will provide some decent drop protection. I really like the way it looks. It has a lip all around the front of the case to protect the screen when placing your phone face down, and has a small lip that goes around the camera bump of the pixel 9 pro.The wood appears to be some kind of laminate sheet, I don't know how it will hold up. There was also glue coming out from the gaps that I had to scrape off with a small flathead.Buttons are clicky, and provide good feedback when pressed. For me the but drawback is the overall thickness and the in hand feel. This case fills in the space difference between the phone and the camera bump. Without a case the P9P feels great in hand, but with the case on it adds on about 50% thickness on the sides and maybe 75% more on thee top and bottom of the screen due to the size of the lip. There is a gradual curve from the sides to the top and bottom of the case where the height of the lip increases. The wood plate is very slippery, and the edges of the back side are very sharp when holding the phone. This may wear down over time, but fresh out the box it's very uncomfortable when holding the phone in one hand.Coming from an S21 with a Moment case (I wish they still made the wood backed cases) even those the S21 and P9P are about the same size, using this case makes it feel like a much bigger phone. The moment cases used real wood on the back and were still magsafe. The magsafe feature seems to work fine, I only have a magsafe mount in my car to judge usage off of, but it seems strong enough to stay on.TLDR: looks great, fake wood and feels uncomfortable to hold.

Pretty & Protective case
I like the looks of this case. It's on the bulkier side but it's job it to protect a phone that's over $1000 so I don't mind the extra bulk. I do use Mag safe devices. My magnetic pop socket is easy to remove (a little too easy). When I use my car Mag safe charger, it constantly reconnects, probably because the magnets are on the weaker side. I think it slips when there's bumps in the road. It does work on my Pixel2 wireless stand. Bonus, but probably due to the weaker magnets. I purchased it during Prime discount days. I got it for $21.99. If I would have paid full price, I'd probably return it. For $21.99 I'll live with the weaker magnets and the bulkier protection. The silver pearl is very pretty!

Nice looking and Sturdy
Amazing case and totally worth the money. It is sturdy and adds a nice grip to the phone. I had another case on it and it was quite slippery and this one is just right.Ports are easily accessible with no issue.Installing it was easy with no issue. There is one thing, I had a case from same vendor for my previous phone and it had a "sim card" slots inside the case which was amazing. I wish this case had that.

Quality Case, worth the price.
Honestly, the price tag is a little high but at least I feel like I got what I paid for. Such an excellent feel for a case, gotten many compliments on it, and really protects the phone without making it feel too bulky or awkward in your pocket. Would definitely recommend.

Here's what MOUS sent me after the case let my phone down
"I'm so sorry to hear about what's happened to your phone! I can completely appreciate your disappointment and that this situation was unexpected given the reviews of our products.I'm afraid that, as much as our cases are highly protective and the videos on our website are entirely genuine, no case can make a phone indestructible. Our cases have been designed to offer a superior amount of all-round protection, but phones can still become damaged from a small drop due to a number of factors, including but not limited to the angle of the drop, whether the phone has been dropped previously, and whether there is any dirt or grit between the case & phone. On the rare occasions where a phone does break in one of our cases, we will always offer to replace or refund the case, as it has not lived up to expectations. Please let me know your preferred option here, and I will make the arrangements for you right away! Once again, I'm really sorry that your Mous experience hasn't been the positive one we'd always hope for our customers to have, and I hope we can go some way to making things better with you here."Nope. They are not covering the phone. Not covering anything. But they are deeply sorry, you know. Thoughts and prayers (TM)
