Today I received this awesome dosa maker machine Shockingly it made better dosa then me just perfect crispy soft the tecture the smell the taste exactly like authentic dosa that we eat in a restaurant. But proud thing is it is Made In Bharat. Made In India. But my request is make manual more easy to understand with bigger pictures exlaining how to bring things together. Dosa Maker Machine is worth every penny I spent. The quality of the machine is as good as imported European and American machines. The working of the controler is very easy to use. Cleaning is very easy. Best part is the dosa itself when it comes out it is shockingly so perfect. If the batter is left then you can store the whole tanker in the fridge it is this good. Great product for everyday use

I am now on my second machine. First one had a scratch on the drum. Last night was the second time of using it and tried crepes. I set the machine at the lowest temp. and timing but they were burning. I tried pressing the button as suggested on the website but the machine kept running until the full 60 seconds had completed. Although the crepes tasted nice they were paper thin and just fell apart. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong please? I have tried to send an email to the address on the website but it just bounced back as not known.

First machine which I received, works only two days later not making dosa properly it stopped in mid of pouring batter, I raised the request amazon team made replacement order and received within a week, thanks for the quick response, In the replaced machine works fine, I mentioned below pros and cons pros 1. it makes dosa very neatly and produce crispy dosa 2. its fun to make dosa with this machine, 3. Easy to clean the bowl and drum. cons, 1.compare to first machine this machine blade contact with drum is more force due to this I can see some minor scratches over drum. 2.Batter get solid in silicon bowl liner, it happened due after 4 dosa, we have to wipe out every time when its clot it is quit discomfort. 3.blade holding clamp is very fragile, it broken for 3 use. even this same issue happened in relative machine as well they suppose to redesign the clip in better way.
