Exercise and sports breather
These really teach you how to breathe more functionally

Seems to do the job wasn’t too expensive
I had been curious about these lung or birth trainers however, some of them out there are rather expensive so I decided to try this one out. It seems to be working pretty well. My workouts seem to be a little bit less stressful and tiring on my Lungs. My order came with a clear mouthpiece and a black mouthpiece and two valves. I was a little confused at first because it came with a white mouthpiece and a black mouthpiece and two valves. I wasn’t aware that it comes with two, one of which I gave to my wife and seems to be benefiting as well.
