This is a decent, convenient coffee mix containing mushrooms that doesn’t taste much like it does contain mushrooms. I am not much one for instant coffee and prefer a fresh grind and brew, but this instant coffee isn’t bad (although it doesn’t compare to a fresh grind and brew). The quality of the coffee in this mix is, as described, a dark roast and has some good flavor. The addition of mushrooms can sometimes impart a different flavor that can add a more creamy mouth feel, earthy tones, or just plain ruin the coffee. I think the blend created here is well balanced and doesn’t over power the coffee, but does add some subtle undertones that are noticeable yet blend in reasonably well.The instant coffee mixes well with water (hot or cold, but I typically went for hot). I never had any issues with unmixed powder/grinds nor settling. Given that it isn’t filtered and is an instant coffee, it does have a bit more body to it, but it didn’t bother me (I know of some people that can’t stand it). It also mixes in quickly and I didn’t find I had to constantly stir it as is the case with some other ”instant” mixes. Overall, not a bad coffee for on the go or real quick, but I’d still prefer my more traditional freshly ground and brewed cup of coffee.

Price is decent. And I like mushroom coffee so these individual pouches are convenient. I add cream and sugar to mine and it’s perfect for my long night shifts. Plus it gives me energy without any jitters. 👍

Mixes really well but the flavor is a little…. Off to me. I did mix in some other sugar free flavors and did get it to taste a bit better. I do like that it is mushroom based (which you can defiantly tell) and has other great immunity helping ingredients. I am not so sure the value is fully there compared to other similar products. It did come sealed well and mixed without issue.

This is an easy instant coffee option for those who also want the additional suggested benefits they say are offered by the chaga, lion's mane, and so on. However, I haven't noticed any of those benefits or any differences day to day, really, so I can't say it adds anything. Some folks say they can notice right away when something has lion's mane, for example, but I am not one of them apparently. What I can review this on is ease of use - the individual packets are easy to cut open, pour well, and make a good cup. It mixes very well, even without the use of a frother. The taste thankfully lacks the bitterness other instants with mushrooms typically have, though keep in mind there is a certain darker taste to it and a hint of that umami aftertaste.

My husband is a big coffee drinker. He used two envelopes in his cup of coffee for it to taste the way he likes it. He couldn't tell the difference with the mushrooms but he liked the coffee's flavor.

I wasn't a big fan of the flavor, so I added brown sugar to it, and a little bit of vanilla creamer. After these additions, it started tasting good to me.My energy levels stayed pretty high throughout the day after the consumption of this coffee drink. Lion's Mane has helped strengthen my immunity before, so I realized it would be a good idea to add it to my daily caffeine intake, so that I could improve Both my focus and my immunity.

First of all, I like the package, where there are 24 individually packed single-serving containers.Regarding the flavor, it is similar to coffee but much less bitter. However, the price is considerably more expensive than regular coffee.In my opinion, I still prefer the smell and flavor of normal coffee. It has a slightly worse value too.

I picked up this mushroom coffee because of all the immune-boosting benefits it offers, and that’s really what drew me to it in the first place. The blend of Lion's Mane and Chaga mushrooms with dark roast coffee seemed like a perfect way to get a healthy start to the day.However, I have to say, it just doesn’t taste good. The earthy notes are quite strong, and it doesn’t have the smooth coffee flavor I was hoping for. I get that it’s packed with superfoods and antioxidants, but the taste is a bit too off-putting for me to enjoy regularly.If you’re someone who doesn’t mind a more earthy, mushroom-like taste in your coffee, this could work for you. But for those who are used to traditional coffee flavors, it might be a bit of a challenge to get through a cup.
