Great product!

Truly works in a single pass!
I just received this flat iron today and just used it… I don’t think I have EVER had a flat iron truly work on the first pass. I have thick, fine hair and straightening it is time consuming. But this flat iron worked amazingly! Very happy and I highly recommend it!

Poor Customer Service
As a professional I depend on my tools to work and at this price point I expect some longevity. This flat iron stopped working after 8 months. I reached out to T3 customer support to file a warranty claim. After waiting weeks for a response, my claim was approved. Now months later I have not received my replacement. This is extremely disappointing and I will not be ordering any more tools from this company.

On/Off button got stuck and no longer works.
I purchased this in October 2024 so I haven’t even had it a year and a half. The on/off button that you push in to turn on, is stuck in the ‘pushed in’ position. I’ve tried everything to release the bottom to no avail. I will say that it worked wonderfully for my course, naturally wavy hair during the time it worked, but since I only use it a few times a week, at this higher price point I expected it to last longer. Alas I will not buy this again.

Snags hair
It’s ok. It does the job. The other reviews about it snagging your hair are true. I just have to go really slow and it helps a little.

I spent many hours reading through reviews and trying to choose a new straightener after what became days of research I went with this T3 device I am very happy with it the clamps don't go down perfectly without pressure but all in all the craftsmanship quick Heating and digital design are fantastic

J’utilise ce fer à lisser depuis plusieurs mois maintenant et il fonctionne toujours aussi bien. Il chauffe en quelques secondes seulement, ce qui est très pratique le matin quand on est pressée. Je n’ai pas remarqué d’accrochage ni de dommages visibles après plusieurs utilisations. La température semble stable et constante. Très satisfaite de la qualité et des performances. Excellent achat.
