But however, there is one problem. Because of all contained together the product could create some issues for certain people, examples like1. Constipation2. Stomach acid reflux3. HeartburnsI have personally encountered some of them, and have stopped taking it. This is because of Vit-D, which could create some stomach troubles. So, best I advice you to consult with doctor and tell you prior troubles if any. Another information is, that once you stop this intake you may feel weak and this seems to get you addicted. I think one of the best food supplements for the adults . I personally recommend to try this for elderly person who unable to take regular food.

It has amazing flavor, I love the taste , vanilla is great, and the energy and goodness of this drink is really recommendable. It makes you feel good full of energy. It can be taken in water or milk. 3 scoops if taking in milk and 6 scoops if taking in water. Prepare with exact amounts and enjoy it.
