Medela Mini Electric Breast Pump (Yellow)

If you are looking for an electric pump for occasional or once in a day usage then this is the best pump to go for. Trust me the extra 3k makes a huge difference over the manual pumps that would hurt your hands. But if you are planning to pump several times a day then I would suggest to buy a double electric pump (I have tried medela swing maxi and it serves the purpose). It saves a lot of quality time that you get to spend with your LO.

This product is supposed to be good. My friends have perfectly working products but I do not have that experience. I must have used it 5 times and it stopped working. We contacted the customer care - Madela and they asked us to sent it to get it fixed. It was the switch problem.I used it 2 times after that and again it stopped working, now it could be the motor problem.Pros - with all the failure, the customer care is supportive and helpful.Cons - it costs us rs 500 to send the product to service center every time it fails.

Excellent product for short term or occasional use. If u want to pump only 1 to 2 times a day or if u have a pre term and want to pump 8 times a day for 1 to 2 months. I did the latter and it concked off after 300 sessions. After that i bought medela swing maxi. One can't quite decide which pump to buy initially esp for pre terms, because the baby may take longer to latch on, which is the case with my baby. I used the pump from 1.7kg to 2.9kg. He will still take atleast 6 more weeks to latch properly. It all depends on ur baby.It is crucial that one measures the size of her nipple and buy the correct sized breast shield (the funnel like part that sits on the breast). Else enough milk isn't pumped out.As for this pump, I did not face any problems as mentioned in the reviews. First time it was slow. Took twice more time than the industrial grade madella in the hospital. But in a few sessions gave me same speed 30 ml in 15 mins. I. It is still worth the price wrt a manual pump. But its far cheaper if u buy it in usa.

I really liked the pump. It helped me to save time as was quick... also don't expect this or any other pump to express plenty of milk as it all depends on the milk production.

Unfortunately, I received faulty pump ..still I share feedback of this product, as I know the importance of reviews while buying a product.Firstly, I would like to thanks AMAZON for arranging hassle free refund. Once again they proved that its customer oriented platform.I m reviewing genuine Medela breast pump. One can use it for extracting extra milk supply, I mean it can not empty the breast fully due to suction limitations. Suction should be better. U need to sit straight while using and keep on changing the angles time to time to put pressure on the required areas. Though its easy to assemble but still u need to check some online video to do so.Supply cable is long enough.

Pathetic customer service by Amazon. U feel fooled once you try returning.I am struggling from more than a month trying to return this product and the reseller and amazon is giving me stupid reasons. Not at all worth buying this product, at first Amazon change the product price by a huge difference making customers feeling fooled by buying from here, secondly the motor here makes a noise which is not bearable ( MORE THAN THE SOUND OF A TRIMMER/SHAVER ).PARTS are bloody damn expensive. It takes more than 20 mins to fill 10-15 ml which is way low than a manual pump.. Better go for a Philips manual pump rather than buying this since the price and fiber quality is much better than this. This thing is just useless with not much description provided by Amazon here..

Great product. Writing review after using it for 15 days Though expensive as compared to manual one but it is much more efficient than a manual pump. As far as the branded product is concerned medela is the best and this one is affordable and easy to use and time saver for working woman.

Absolutely fantastic product. We being first time parents were apprehensive about a breast pump. But went for the product as our baby was refusing breast feeds during his fussy phase. It worked very well. No fuss in setting up can be used to directly put the milk in the bottle. I would recommend it to every mother. Just as pamper is an essential medela breast pump is an essential for the new age parents.
