Good knife
Good quality product. Comfortable wood handle and sharp blade. Not too long, not too short.... this is a good medium size knife for the kitchen. Good to know, the blade is slightly flexible.I choose this one because I wanted to have the blade through the handle to minimise the risk if the handle come to break, like the knife it replaced.

If you can look beyond the tiny insignificant flaws (the gaps)...it's a pleasure
A good purchase. Very light. Has a solid, sharp blade and a nice wooden handle. The wood is not perfectly fitted with the metal...there is a tiny gap here or there in the wood but that only matters if you're admiring it as a piece of art. Practically it's perfect and flawless. It will add value to your table and kitchen. It's been months since this rosewood knife was purchased and it's a source of mild pleasure to use and look at almost everytime. Very few things work that well.

Good for the purpose
I have japanese knives but I got this one for family members who get intimidated with high care japanese knives. It does seem little on expensive side by about 10-20% considering that I can get similar ceramic knife for less cost. But again family member or a typical desi will damage ceramic knife quite easily. So anyway, I use this for peeling or slicing fruits. It's thin flexible blade excels at that. And it can be used on hard surface unlike japanese knives which chip even with first use.Btw, get pen shape sharpener from same brand. The V shape end of sharpener is optimised for this or vitrionix knives. Much easier than trying to sharpen this on whetstone.

Victorionox is world famous
I cannot call it value for money-it is a bit pricey but because of my fascination for the brand I bought.

Too expensive and not sharp at all
Too small and delicate knife. Not sharp at all, even after sharpening so many times. Very high price for this small knife. Absolute cheating. Didn't expect this from Victorianex

It’s small size, light weight, very high prices for this quality, finish is not good, better not to buy.
