How to use this for shoulder pain

If possible try to soak in a bath tub. If not, then take warm water, mix Epsom Salt in it (1-2 handfuls in a bucket). Then take a thick towel and dip it in water. Remove excess water and apply the towel on the shoulder area. Keep repeating. Make sure to take medical opinion for hot application on the shoulder. Sometimes doctors recommend hot/cold therapy based on the pain / injury. If they recommend cold, then under no circumstances should you use the hot method.

Can we use it for repairing car battery?

There are howtos and claims on internet about using Epsom Salt with car battery. However we have no knowledge about it.

Can i use it with sandalwood oil as a body scrub?

Yes Epsom salt can be used as a body scrub.

Can I use it on face?

You can use on body, but face is very gentle / delicate. If you are making your own scrub, you can add a little bit of Epsom Salt (ONLY if its find grinded). Please be very careful when using on face.
