Instantaneous satisfaction
So far.... Hopefully not jumping the gun, as I've only had it on for 24 hrs, but at this moment it is the single best money I've spent buying on Amazon. Upon putting this band on my left arm and I didn't think anything else of it. Ongoing 8 or more years of intermittent pain in my bicep from a work injury and dreading the potential fix being surgery I randomly searched for something similar to what you see on people's elbows with the air pocket and immediately shocked when this was just fabric. Very skeptical from opening, to application, to waking up for my next night of work and saying "hey help me take this junk off it I don't think it's even doing anything". Immediately after releasing the Velcro and turning my arm I felt that same old pain and quickly re-latched the Velcro to find near instantaneous relief. It has been working the whole time since I put it on and allowed me to rest and relax without even noticing my bicep pain. Probably a fluke, might be short lived, but at this moment it's giving me the pain relief I didn't know I could get for such a cheap cost and it fits comfortably with very little effort to put on. I do notice some movements give some slight pressure that could lead into pain which is a very tolerable alternative.

Slips... very disappointed
I do sweat when I work out, but not my arms, so this item constantly having to be readjusted in annoying and interferes with my exercise. Maybe this would be good if you had to move a couch or something like that, but for repetitive movements... I had no luck. I realize that my bicep changes size, firmness, shape while doing an exercise (ex. a bicep curl), but I'm tiny (98 lbs, small bone structure, and 5' 3 1/2"), so I'm "fit", not "built" or "bulky". There is no reason that this thing should have to be readjusted after ever 4 or so bicep curls! It wasn't too expensive, but since I purchased it solely for working out... in my case, any amount of money is too much for something that I simply have no use for. It does seem to work for the 3 or 4 exercise moves, but once it slips... oh, the pain! I don't find it that difficult to put on, but I've had better straps/braces before that were more challenging to put on, so I've just kind of gotten good at it. lol I found it comfortable at the appropriate tightness, but I couldn't use it that way, and it cuts off circulation when I tighten it to the point where it will take longer to slip. I'm back to using my old one. My old one works. The issue I have with it is that it's bulkier so it interferes with completing some exercise moves. If you want something on hand, because you're bringing in a new fridge or couch... this might do the trick at an affordable price. If you're wanting to be able to anything that takes awhile, requires keeping a pace (exercise), or includes moving your arms very much, I would NOT recommend this strap. I found it to be unsafe to use for exercise, because it would slip in the MIDDLE of an exercise move, causing pain that made my injury worse as well as put me at risk of dropping my weights. My injury is now better, but no thanks to this brace. The slipping caused re injury, which drastically slowed down my recovery. I would imagine the re injury would be much worse for someone that lifts heavier than I (For context, my dumbbells at the time were 8 lbs. for bicep curls). I strength train for bone density (I'm mid 50s), not to be a body builder, so I don't feel I was asking too much for this product to stay in place for the type of workouts that I do. If it can't stay in place, it can't give support. And having to readjust it constantly makes it neither easy to use, nor reliable. VERY disappointed.

Works - not bulky
I like this simple elastic strap. I am prone to tendinitis in my arm; tennis elbow, golfers elbow, and now bicep. I like this strap for my bicep as it is not bulky and fits under or over my clothing. I have a fairly large upper arm and this has plenty of room to spare over a thicker sweater, etc. It is also easy to put on by oneself. The only caveat I've found in using strap-type braces is that you must find the "magic spot" where the inflammation requires support to apply. This can be difficult when the inflammation seems to radiate thru the arm. A wider-type brace which covers more of the arm will require less precision, but is more difficult to put on and more bulky. The strap is additionally useful for either arm. You can also put a small pressure spot under the strap by folding a small piece of cloth, e.g., a handkerchief or washcloth, which I find helpful.

Difficult to put on.
Very difficult to install on your own. Takes two people to put on . Great idea , but not functional . It should have a clasp to secure and loop around the arm.

素材的にも効果的にも問題ないのですが、装着し難いのが最大の欠点です。
