I can not return this products because this was already fixed in the wall. This is going to cost more money to remove by electrician.

Stylish, sturdy, simple, elegant. And a very soft orange lit ring. Looks like a security camera to boot!! So nice to order a product that met/exceeded expectations. I swapped this new doorbell w/old standard nu tone bell that had a way way too brightly lit button. Took all of 10minutes. Easy to install. I’ve searched on/off for three years to no avail — until now. I have the BT6BL model. It’s the exact size replacement as old plastic nu tone button/bell. It’s well made; all metal, not plastic. Screw holes matched old bell’s holes exactly; no pre drilling needed. Screws are a bit larger than old ones, so it’s well mounted. Be careful with screwdriver when mounting so you don’t scratch black paint of screw heads. If you do, touch up with a/black permanent marker. The style looks like an apple product. Sleek & looks great against white door trim. Well worth the price!!

In a world of plastic and poor QC, this doorbell button came as a nice surprise. It has a very solid metal housing, the button function is crisp, and the orange/yellow lighted ring around the button really sets it off nicely. The screws where you connect the 2 wires look like they are brass and, again, the internal parts are solid and well made. Sometimes, little things such as this, make the difference in how your home looks. I very rarely give anything 5 stars but this earned it.
