PALO Ergonomic Footrests (PALO001)

We purchased one of these on 31 May 2021, so its been over 3 years we have been using this, its quite sturdy and easily adjustable, no issues till date and now buying one more of since we now have two desks.

I bought the footrest because my table's height was a little high and raising my chair's height simply meant my legs would dangle. The product is very easy to use and can be rotated around its axis to suit one's needs, hence my feet firmly rest on a surface now. It is really easy to clean as well since it is all plastic.Would recommend despite its high price.

It is adjustable, but only after a couple of days of use, the "hinge" has become quite loose, and changes the angle with very slight pressure, defeating the purpose of ergonomics. Using the box that it came in is more comfortable than using the footrest itself. I'm not joking.

This footrest (PALO034) is absolutely amazing. The individual moving footrests on either side is both clever & practical. The foot massage beads in the centre is an added bonus. The footrest seems sturdy & I hope it stands the test of time. For now, I'll give it a 5*

As shown in the image it got broken in just one month. While it may have broken sooner, I unfortunately only noticed after a month of use. Company offers no returns, warranty, or guarantee for this product. This policy seems particularly unfair given the product's apparent low quality. It feels as though I have been sold a cheap product at a premium price. Avoid This Product at All Costs.

Much better footrest for WFH needs compared to those wooden ones which you see for 1000-1200 on Amazon. This is angle adjustable and does not slip. Looks sturdy enough but I wouldn't put full weight on it.Price is 2000, bit too high. Anything between 1200-1400 would make it a great deal.

Using it for work from home purpose and this priduct is turning out to be the best. It has height and angle adjustment (as per need, it can be locked at certain positions). Material is solid and foot touch on surface is good . Only minor issue is that, on hard floor (Tiles), the base is little bit slippery but it's not too much slippery. Go ahead without second thought, I don't think any other product is as good as this one. It's a genuine review.

The build quality and everything is fine but there is a design fault. There is no mechanism to lock the footrest at a preferred angle. I feel I need to put more pressure on the legs to maintain the position, defeating the whole purpose of the footrest. The unfortunate part is that there is no return option. You can only exchange the product with the exact same model, which again will have the same design issues.
