I am using this on my Kali Linux 2018.2. Works without issues. Though it is pricey (₹2499) you may forget it once you get to know it's power. Received the product within 2 days in Prime. A very good network adapter for pentesters.

Nice product for kali linux It works fine in VMs but make sure your usb controller is v3.1 , it works best in when its in real pc or host device.

I have Ubuntu as my main machine and Kali as VM. It works fine in both. Drivers are available on realtek's website. It supports monitor mode and packet injection very well. The only drawback is that it only catches 2.4Ghz signal. However 5Ghz is not commonly available for attacking. If you want to catch 5Ghz signal also you can go for PAU09.

1. Heats up LIKE CRAZY 2. For some reason when working in kali it keeps getting disconnected you have to perform the ifconfig step multiple times just because of this. 3. It's a 2.4Ghz adapter but it says b/g/n Haven't checked if it works for 5g or not. 4. It's a plug and play for windows 8 and above so that's a good part.

Yes this product is amazing as a tested this. It supports monitor mode and packet injection for kali linux and for ethical hacking that you needed It was hard to find any cheap product supporting monitor mode and packet injection but this is the best and cheap product available on this amazon. Thnks to company and amazon for this product

I got this at a very good price from cart2india.... product was wrapped in bubble sheet in a open packet with no manual or installation CD actually it was a open pack with nothing to confirm that it's a brand new product.... Physically the product seemed okay but the RP SMA connector on the adapter had defective threads but somehow the antenna sat on the connector... Coming to manufacturing the product is Chinese and just like any other Chinese adapter it heats a lot.. Very poor wifi reception and scanning in kali linux .... Price is simply not justified. Those who claim that it's a good adapter either haven't tried a really good adapter or dint had anything real to compare it's performance...please don't follow the stupid reviews on youtube, they all are useless The packaging tells it's made in USA n had a expiry date too on it while the product printing on adapter has the dare to tell that its chinese Please don't waste your money in buying this adapter there are much better adapters on amazon.in if you are planning to use them on kali linux...n this particular supplier cart2india ... has no words for them ..

Best for kali linux. This one supports most of the attacks. I give only 4 stars because this adapter is costly.

Works like charm, monitor mode works perfect on parrot os on Vmbox in Mac , has some issue with kali Linux on vmbox Mac
