This seat is great BUT the top mount fixture has a design fault. When fitting, make sure the clear silicone washer is not trapped between the top mount nylon nut and the grey round disc the support pillars are on. Trim the silicone washer hole bigger with some nail scissors, of the mount won't lay flush on the porcelain and the pillars will be off vertically and stop the seat sitting flat on the pan lip. The seat is on the larger side, but then you should measure the toilet before buying the seat. We paid £80 for the crap seat this replaced for £16.99 on sale and its hugely better in every way. Its so easy to adjust it to fit perfectly with the clip off feature and the top mount screw lock system (although traditional foot long bolts with non-centering nuts are also supplied if you want to make the job tedious and tricky). Excellent product and great price.

Very impressed with the quality of this product.You can fix the seat from either the top or bottom of the toilet which was a godsend as it took me ages to remove the old seat because I couldn't access the nuts under the toilet, so had to use a hacksaw and cut through the bolts from the top.With the top fitting option supplied with this seat I had it installed in about 10 minutes.I did have to trim the plastic plug so it fitted into the hole as the fixing holes on my toilet were slightly smaller than the plugs supplied but this only took 5 mins with pair of small snips but you could use a file or sandpaper to do the same job, this is not a fault of the supplier but I imagine the fixing holes vary from toilet to toilet.If you're installing the seat from underneath the toilet then this won't be a problem as you get a standard universal fixing kit for that.The quality of the seat itself is remarkable for the price, solidly made and nicely finished, you will not be able to bend or warp it by hand it's that firm, the soft close mechanism on the seat and cover is very smooth plus you have the added bonus of being able to remove this seat with the press of a button for easier cleaning.

Firstly, it just arrived so I haven't had experience with anything but installing it.It is absolutely amazing. It mounts entirely on the top, no going underneath and having to deal with things. The one button push to release the entire seat for cleaning is insanely innovative and so convenient. Lastly, I didn't remember reading it had chrome covers for the "hinge" part, but it does, a nice surprise, especially considering the price.I won't update this unless something goes wrong, but this is an incredible seat ha ha ha.

This toilet seat took nearly 2 weeks to be delivered despite being on prime. Still waited for this to arrive, really happy with the product. Extremely easy to fit. No tools required for fitment. Hardest part was removing the old toilet seat. Highly recommend, solid feel and soft close works perfect and also the quick release button for removing the seat makes it very easy for cleaning. Very reasonably priced compared to seats on the highstreet.

Thoroughly recommend. What took time was removing old seat. Even feeble me had no trouble fitting this new one. Ended up with a couple of extra fitments so I thought I'd messed up but was told these fittings were for toilet seats that needed fitting from the top. It has stayed put and doesn't move around (unlike my more expensive old seat). I'm well satisfied.

Really pleased with this, easy to fit and looks good.
