Works great
I got the red color, it brightens up a small, teardrop trailer a good amount at night time without overpowering. I have it directly powered to my battery, so I haven’t needed to use the battery pack that it came with. It is great for nighttime.

Sweet lights!
I can’t believe I can justify spending $30 for a short string of lights, but I LOVE them in my tent. Sometimes you just have to splurge! I leave them in my tent so they are there the next time I go camping! Just make sure to lock the on/off switch so they don’t accidentally come on in storage!

Better but not great
We previously had a Big Agnes tent with Mt Glow built in which quickly malfunctioned (Big Agnes customer service and warranty are outstanding!). We liked having Mt Glo in the tent but didn't want to deal with the built in issues again so we opted for this instead. The case is a smart idea. The length is appropriate for tents and other uses. Sadly, they opted to change the multifunction switch from two light intensities in the previous iteration to a standard level and then a strobe/blinking light; I see absolutely no benefit or use of the blinking function for most camping trips.We like it enough it goes on every trip and into the tent once its set up. Plus, it didn't have reviews about sparking and smoking like so many other camping strand lights listed on Amazon. Definitely a positive to not burn down the tent.

Nice little light for the tent but not much light and expensive for what it is. Better to spend the money elsewhere

Nighttime Tent Lights
We purchased Red to preserve night vision.More useful than you might imagine.Substantial amount of light display for functional use or decorative fun.Low temperature, Low power consumption.Flicker /flashing function is handy to identify your area of a campsite in the dark.Hanging clips are handy.Highly recommended.
