Best earbuds you could ever pick! Sound, Battery, Comfort, & More!
I got the Soundcore Anker Life Dot 2 headphones 4 years back and they were so comfortable, paired with stellar battery length and sound quality. Somehow, this set manages to sound even better than the original pair. I love the app that they've built to better support and customize your audio listening quality/note emphasis, to allow for you to custom edit the quick tap & hold settings for easy functionality without constantly toying with your connected device. They also still let you pick the sizing of the earbuds that fit within your ear so you have a perfect fit and comfort theere. These guys cost a bit of money, but they're more than worth their price. As someone who adores high quality audio, I can't recommend this brand more. You're gonna love them.

Great sound quality and seems durable.
Well packed item. Inside the box there are multiple size in ear cups. As soon as I opened the bud case with in 2 seconds they wanted to pair with my phone and my phone was sitting on my table next to me. Plus the message came up to pair with the anker app for equalizer. Right out of box they were already charged and as far as I am concerned good quality sound. The noise canceling works very well. Only thing for me is I use the large ear cups in both ears and my left one seems to get a little sore. I tried the medium one but it didnt seem to fit as well. I still use the large and I will see how it breaks in as I use it. I still give them 5 stats for over all use and quality sound. The case is small so easy to pocket on the go. Also the battery lasted for a long time. First time I started using them at least 4 to 5 hrs a day it lasted for a week. I chose the black. Great value for the money. I dont use the equalizer due to sound to me is great just out of box. I've had them now for 2 weeks and love them. I chose them cause I have a pair of Anker over ear head phones and they also have quality sound. Anker products for the money are good quality products and have great sound. I listen to rock and outlaw type country and classic rock. I am 69 yrs old and love listening to music.

Good earbuds but sound quality leaves some to be desired
I've been using the same TOZO earbuds for 2 years and decided to buy these earbuds for these reasons: 1) longer battery life, 2) more options for sound modes, and 3) better connection with my iPhone. To give a little background, I primarily wear earbuds while working, commuting on the bus, and for personal use at home. But unfortunately, I decided to return the Soundcore earbuds for a few reasons. Continue reading below for my reasons why. Likes: 1) I really like the sound quality options as well as the ability to adjust the sound quality, using the Soundcore app which I think is a definite must if you want more control over the sound quality. I've really enjoyed switching between the ANC & transparency modes as they are surprising modes I never realized I wanted. With TOZO, I could only wear 1 earbud when using them at work so I can still hear my surroundings. But with the Soundcore earbuds on transparency mode, I can wear both earbuds and still hear the ongoings around the office near my desk. 2) The battery life is also a godsend in both the earbuds and the charging case. I don't think I fully realized when purchasing, how fast the earbuds would charge when in the case. At one point, I used the earbuds for 8 hours between ANC & transparency mode, charged the earbuds in the charging case for 15 minutes when I was on my break, and when I went to use them again afterward the earbuds were already 80-100% charged as according to my iPhone. Considering how often I use the earbuds after 8-10 hrs per day and 4-5 days of use from a full charge, the battery life is still 2 lights remaining which according to the Soundcore manual should be about 70-50% battery life remaining (I think that's the right range). 3) After using the TOZO earbuds, I've grown to appreciate wireless charging which the Soundcore earbuds do so that's a plus. Much easier for me as I'm still unused to using a USB-C cable which the Soundcore earbuds do come with, but I just have not liked charging my earbuds with a cord as much. Dislikes: 1) As much as I love the sound modes, I desperately need as much noise canceling as possible when using earbuds at home/commuting. So when I'm at home/commuting, I more often use the ANC mode on these earbuds. The audio setting does perform noise canceling well but these fall below the bar when I compare these earbuds to my TOZO earbuds which block out more noise than the Soundcore earbuds. I can cancel out more noise on the Soundcore earbuds by raising the volume under ANC mode. But as much as I would like to continue that method on the Soundcore earbuds, I value retaining my hearing as much as I can. 2) Connection-wise for the Soundcore earbuds with my iPhone was good to a point. Connecting to my iPhone was no issue, it was some situations in retaining that connection when going about my day is the issue. I've found the audio connection for the Soundcore earbuds cuts off when I'm on the bus/car (don't worry I'm not the one who's driving). When the vehicle (bus/car) drives over a very bumpy road/highway, the audio cuts off in response until the vehicle is back onto a smoother road/highway. I've also noticed this connection issue when I'm walking around my apartment complex, specifically when I walk under and through a small hallway to enter between complex buildings (my apartment complex is primarily outdoors when navigating between complex buildings to access apartment units). I had this issue recently with my TOZO earbuds so I'm sad I'm already having this issue with the Soundcore earbuds right out of the box. Mind you, the Soundcore earbuds I received may be a previously returned set that was already opened. 3) Receiving the Soundcore earbuds already opened dampened my experience with these earbuds early on. But I knew this was a familiar tactic that Amazon often does if the condition of the item is still almost good as new. So I tried to keep my fingers crossed that using the earbuds changed my mind since the earbuds still looked unused and had no residue of dirt on the earbuds themselves. I still cleaned the earbuds myself just in case, especially nowadays with the pandemic. Overall: The fact that qualities I liked with the TOZO earbuds were missing out for me when using the Soundcore earbuds (sound quality) and I started having the same issues with the Soundcore earbuds as I currently have with my TOZO earbuds (connection issue), this was big negative for me since I still wanted to retain that quality as this was a $99 purchase. But I still rated these earbuds 4 stars because I really liked the battery life which exceeded my expectations and I really liked the type of sound quality modes in tandem with the Soundcore app as it really helped me customize my experience day to day depending on what activity I'm doing (commuting or at work).

If you want great quality and affordable earbuds this is what you should get.
Amazing quality with so many customizations for sound quality, touch options and noise cancellation. very comfortable and fit perfectly in your ear if you have the right rubber size. the amount of times I've forgot they are in my ear because its literally as i they aren't there. Great quality for the price, do recommend, only thing is you're limited to the amount of touch options you can have at one time but you can easily change it to your likings in the app.

I lost my AirPods and wanted to buy a replacement without spending too much. Read glowing reviews online and went ahead and bought on Amazon.SG. Delivery was very quick, setting up was easy and works as promised. Noise cancellation is reasonably good too.

I ordered these and a pair of the Samsung Galaxy Buds FE to test them both out. I didn't see any reviews that addressed my questions, so, in case anyone else is looking for this info... I have VERY weird ears. I have to use two different sizes on all earbuds and they are usually TERRIBLY uncomfortable, no matter what. These are SO comfortable and they actually stay in my ears no matter what I am doing! (The Samsungs were good, fairly comfortable and stayed in, but not as well). The second major aspect for me was "can they do everything without having to get out my phone?" One of the things I liked about these is that the controls are MUCH more customizable. On the Samsungs, you have to choose between being able to manually switch noise modes OR being able to raise/lower the volume. These allow you to do both, and skip songs and stop/play. So I never have to take out my phone. The adaptive noise mode feature on both works great, but sometimes, you want to just tap and change for something they don't recognize and I want to do all that without having to reach into my pocket with my filthy hands while gardening to get my phone wet and dirty. For the "normal stuff"... Since I am not an audiophile, the sound quality kind of all sounds the same to me no matter which earbuds I buy, so... all I can say there is that I hear my music, it sounds good, I am happy. Battery life: not sure it fully meets the 10 hours, I got started this morning at about 11 am and had them playing pretty much nonstop until about 6pm and they crapped out. So that's really more like 7 hours instead of 10. But, I charged them for like 20 minute while I was talking to someone and they lasted until I was done with my work at about 8pm, so I didn't mind. Connectivity: my work today included going up and down a scaffold three storeys high on the front of my house and all the way into the basement and my garden out back. So we are talking about a range of about 15 meters front to back and an additional up/down of about 12 meters. I had my phone about in the middle of all that and I rarely disconnected. So the range is around 10-15 meters and when I did disconnect, the second I was back in range (even if I was out for a few minutes), they reconnected right away. App: the app is great, easy, user-friendly and it offers a basic equalizer. That is something that the Samsung does "better" if you want AI and Bixby and a few more modes, the "find my" function, etc. Though, I am not sure those are available to anyone but Samsung phone/tablet owners. I didn't care about any of that, I wanted "easy, good, practical". Noise cancellation: Both did really well with this, I didn't test out the Samsungs long enough to comment, but these... my work has included: sanding wood posts, sanding metal fences, cutting metal rain drains with a cricular angle grinder, pressure washing my patio and some of the metal sanding was done while i was seated about 3 meters from a jackhammer in use on concrete. So.. a LOT of VERY loud noises... It COMPLETELY cut out the higher register sounds of the grinder against the metal. I could barely hear the pressure washer and the jackhammer and the sound of the sanding (wood or metal) was still audible, but dampened quite a bit. So I was VERY pleased about that. Even without music on, just the noise cancellation feature is GREAT. Can't wait to sleep with them in while on my vacation in noisy hotels! So, after 3 days of HARD constant use, gotta say, really happy with this purchase. If anything major changes, I will update this.

I've been pretty happy with Soundcore products. I have a pair of headphones I use at the home computer to ensure the family is not disturbed. But I thought I needed another pair of earbuds so that I can walk around the office with out the fear of people seeing me with large headphones on- it could be concealed and easy to store within my backpack. As soon as you open and connect earbuds to Bluetooth on an Android phone, it will get picked up by your Google phone and walk you through the connection process: it'll ask you to download the app; it'll send you to Google Play Store where the soundcore app will be installed. And once you install it, you'll have a whole bunch of different options. You'll have the opportunity to update the hardware, right away. Then you’ll go through the login process. Next you'll have some other options for natural filtering or Active Noise Canceling. You can also select a type of White Noise you would like.. There's so many options for White Noise. I picked the ‘train station’. Which took me back to a French train station -the light background noise of a train moving and stopping and being at a train station. It was quite an ordeal. You can also have birds chirping or dogs barking in the background or have the background noise of sitting in a busy restaurant. Might work well for resting, relaxing or putting yourself to sleep. Opening the box: When you open up the box of the sound core A40 earbuds. You'll notice that it has not One, but FIVE different fittings for your ears. So it pretty much fits, almost any type of ear type or your ear canal type. The Soundcore A40 earbuds come with a charging case with a 3-light LED charging indicator. It also comes with a 6-inch USB-A to USB-C charging cable. Soundcore claims that the A40 earbuds have a 50h playtime between charges. It looks like Soundcore is really putting a ton of effort into maintaining your loyalty to the brand by giving your reward for your registration, personal information. They provide soundcore reward points and badges for certain achievements. So far, the sound has been pretty good. You can notice the change when going from normal mode to active noise cancelling. However, I’m not quite sure if you’re getting full blocking of sound unless you're able to completely plug your ear with the right ear fitting. For the cost of these earbuds at 50% off at the time of purchase, seems like an economical fit for quality earbuds. Looks like the A40 earbuds are a solid set of earbuds from Soundcore by Anker.
