I’m very disappointed with my recent purchase. The water bottle I received was clearly opened and appeared to be previously used, with visible scratches and a lack of proper cleaning. This is unacceptable, especially for a product meant for personal use. I expected a new, hygienic product, not one that showed clear signs of prior handling. Very dissatisfied with this purchase
