High quality, high value. This book is set apart from others on catman. Finally we find a procurement book with a strategic edge! The authors clearly know their stuff and have obviously done a lot of research and have a lot of hands-on practical experience to share. I loved the photocopyable templates at the back. That's a first, who needs consultants? Great value for money

The book is well structured, concisely written and gives the reader a roadmap with practical tools and sound advice for the end to end process of creating robust supply chains. It draws on many of the tried and tested business tools and shows how they can be applied in the real world to under-pin cross functional decision making. I would recommend this as a great resource for all procurement and supply chain professionals. The inclusion of the templates and checklists will ensure that it’s never too far from my fingertips.

This is a great, to the point book explaining various aspects of category management, including common analysis tools, and some terrific templates you can refer to and create similar in Sheets or Excel. I recommend this to all buyers seeking to know more and definitley as a reference book for category managers.
