The Denon DRA-800H is a fine sounding receiver with plenty of clean power to drive most home speakers. I would say the sound quality is mid-level and competitive in the price range.

What would be power rating at 4 ohms? Pics shows it can play 4 to 16 ohm

The power rating of the amp is not affected by the speaker rated Ohms. The amount of power to drive a speaker to achieve the same results is impacted by th ohm rating. A 4 ohm speakwer requires more oower to drive than an 8 ohm spoeaker. Google this question and you can find the formula to calculate the actual results. 8 ohm speakers are the most common.
