So I have had this machine for about 3.5 months. This is not my first embroidery machine, but it is my first multi-needle machine. If you purchase this machine and have never used an embroidery machine before, expect a learning curve. It takes time to learn all the quirks. Once you learn them bough, everything goes smoothly. I will admit that I was hesitant to purchase due to drastic differences in price when comparing to other known brand machine, but I have not been disappointed. Has everything went perfectly with the machine? No, but the customer service is good and any issue I have had has been resolved within 24hrs. I will definitely consider purchasing another machine when I grow my business enough.

The Machine is Great Delivery was fast technical support is amazing they are several hours behind Us so a response may take a while but they hang with you until your problem is fixed! This machine is just as good if not better then a $10,000 Brother Highly Recommend I complete several high volume orders specially with hats ranging from 100-200 hats at a time and it handles it with a breeze!

Very good value. This appears to be a well built machine (at time of writing, I've had the machine for 4 weeks). Be sure to follow the instructions on how to get proper instructions for set u and use. The technical sup[port is from China, so be aware that not all issues can be resolved immediately. They do have full manuals on their website and you should download for reference. I am well pleased with the machine and service at this point.

The media could not be loaded. I got my Smartstitch S1001 on May 14th and had it up and running in about an hour! The setup was super smooth thanks to helpful YouTube videos and amazing one-on-one training through a Facebook group. Everyone in the community has been so kind and supportive. This machine is awesome—I never thought I’d be doing embroidery for my boutique, but Smartstitch made it possible! If you are trying to decide on an embroidery machine this one comes with an awesome support team to help you!

This machine has been amazing!! It’s definitely a steep learning curve & requires maintenance - just like most things. But if you treat it well, it’ll return the favor! It has been able to take on all my desired projects, and the support team has been great. They take a little while to respond, but the community you gain with it is incredible also.

So far seems to be a great machine for a beginner.

I absolutely love this machine. Its easy to use. Cheaper than your average 10 needle and the costumer service is awesome. I highly recommend this machine and brand.
