It is very sticky. It seems strong. It is flexible and seems to stay that way. I used it to "repair" the seat of an office chair where the fake leather was falling apart. I tried to use three strips of 8" tape to basically cover the whole seat. I wasn't thinking that the edges of the tape will stick to your legs, so now I cover the seat with a shirt which is the same thing I was doing before the "repair". It didn't turn out great but I don't really blame the tape. I knew it was a longshot. Guess I should have put my money toward a new chair. I could see where this tape could be useful for some other repair if you need a great big piece of flexible tape that is really sticky. Maybe repairing a swimming pool or sweeper hose or maybe even a garden hose.

Amazing. I didn't know how I was going to deal with the lid on my other tub separating at the seam. Flex tape was my answer. No more problem.

I wanted to use this to repair a torn awning on an RV. To do this I had to work off a step ladder. Be warned...this stuff is SUPER sticky. Because I had to use a long strip,, and because I was working alone, as soon as I removed the covering strip that comes with it, the ends stuck together, and it was impossible to separate them. I had to throw half of it away as totally unusable. Don't get me wrong, the remainder did the job, but in the future, I would be much more careful when using this product and would have help. I would also add that scissors are near useless to try and cut this product...a razor blade or utility knife works better, but again, only if used carefully. In summary, it's a good product, but if you're not applying it to a firm surface with small pieces, be very careful. In the future, I would have someone else hold it while I applied it.... slowly and with great care. The commercial where the fast-talking guy just slaps it onto a surface is disingenuous at best.

Really good quality and durablility really adhesive good value for money will take this tape to stick anything together easy to use and good thickness.

I purchased this for a one inch slit in my above ground pool wall. The listing said that this would work under water and was waterproof. I'm trying for the third time. I've had to drain the pool three times. I've put this tape on the inside AND outside of the pool. The first time it just wouldn't work under water like advertised. That's why I drained. The second time I checked every hour for 6 hours. I thought because I saw no water leaking that the pool liner was fixed. I was wrong because I woke up the next morning ready to add chemicals and clean the pool only to find a huge puddle on one side. I just drained, cleaned the liner where I needed to patch on both sides, dried the area, and patched on the inside and outside. You can't really cut this stuff with scissors. You need a blade or box cutter. It will stick to anything other than what I need it to stick to. It ripped an acrylic finger nail off 😆 It just won't stop a tiny leak. It mainly sticks to itself ... I wouldn't recommend this product for a pool leak. I wouldn't recommend putting it anywhere near water actually. It peeled off the side of the pool like a window cling! It wasn't even stuck to it. Oh it has seems in it also. So you can't even use the part that has the seem because you'll have bubbles.

The sticky residue is AWFUL. Be sure of placement, because it cannot be repositioned. Also be careful not to have it stick to itself. Unfortunately, even after buying multiple rolls of tape, it did not fix the slit in a king size air mattress.

This really is amazing tape ...used it to fix a hole on an above ground pool and it's currently working very well

Bought this for a patch and strength job on a camper roof after 3 years it’s still holding front free from water leaks ! I let it bake in the sun after I was done and have had no problems the durability size and stickiness is amazing even slapped a piece on the haul of my wave runner and it’s held up substantially great product

We used it on the pole of a shower caddy which had started to rust at the bottom as well as on an outdoor pail. It works. It's so sticky that I needed help to handle it otherwise it stuck on everything.

I love this stuff if anybody wants to know if it's waterproof I put it on the top box of my motorbike and the two holes actually they were four holes from the bolts that I removed we're facing forward and I knew ordinary you know gorilla tape wasn't going to do it this stuff here clean the area that's my tip for you clean the area with some sort of surface prep I used Windex and I cut the right size not too too large and once you apply this stuff it is awesome it sticks like nobody's business and I like the fact that the front side the side that faces out is rubberized so any small little Pebbles or bugs or anything it's just going to bounce right off it I am duly impressed this is a permanent fixture in my repair kit. It says it even works underwater and I wouldn't be surprised.
