Really like this chest compression shirt. Was able to comfortably wear this for over 6hrs - even working out in the yard. Any longer than that and you will have some discomfort at the underarm area. This is a great add if you wanted to wear for few hours at an event or dinner. Does a great job slimming. Pay attention to the size chart - i am normally a Med, however, the size chart was helpful and ordered Large. Great product and high quality - stiching and eye/hooks are solid and like the mesh material.

Good fit and compression buuuut… sooooo many hooks. I had one before from someone else and it had 3 then a zipper. I like the hooks much more but it’s just time consuming. Smother fit too. Not “buckling”.

I'm 6 foot and 250 pounds. I normally wear XL and sometimes 2XL when sleeping. To look good, i chose a size smaller, large (L). Of course, a chest can never really BE flat because its always there, but this little vest DOES IT'S JOBBB!! As a man, its my first time really using a bra like this, so when it comes to speed, i take my time. After that, its a good purchase. Overall, if u wanna play hide n seek with your moobs, i suggest you buy this!

I ordered this item for my son. He has gynecomastia (better known as man boobs) due to being slightly overweight. I’ve been looking for a compression item for him to wear during his weight loss journey and this one is the perfect fit. Its not too snug and provides different brackets for him to adjust as needed. Plus it’s breathable and helps a lot while he works out. I’d highly recommend this compression veat.

There Idea of size is why off

Breathes ok but makes you sweat. definitely size down a size if looking for compression. Otherwise comfortable to wear. Air dry or low heat dry to save the elastic for longer life of item

because everything is mesh except the enclosure, its extremely comfortable. perfect for binding. highly recommended for non-binary folk. cheers.
