Screen protector rubbish. Case is fine

This set gets the job done, but only passably so. Basically, don't go into this expecting fantastic fit and finish, quality, etc. Yes, the screen protector fits on the XREAL Beam Pro, but leaves an unprotected gap at the bottom. Probably not a big deal, but it's basically asymmetric. The top of the glass has to ride all the way to the top of the actual device screen itself because the black borders on the screen protector would otherwise cover the actual display. Why did they even need the black borders on the protector in the first place? I can hazard a guess: it doesn't adhere to the device screen perfectly. If you look at the photo I marked up with arrows, you'll observe bubbles on the corners and sides of the screen, indicating that the screen protector is not actually adhering to the screen sides well. I imagine I can probably expect dust to eventually creep in there. The case itself is strictly okay. It provides a lip for the camera lenses, so that's good. It barely provides a lip for the display itself with the screen protector installed. The portion protecting the side buttons is not well-aligned, and should really be seated closer to the edge if it were to be actually aligned correctly. There is almost no feedback when you press the buttons, so you can't really tell when you've pressed the power button or volume rocker. At the end of the day, if you expect quality, this won't provide that. If you just want something basic that'll protect the device, this will do that. I was originally going to rate this at a 4, but after writing all of this up, my opinion dropped. A 4 would imply "pretty good", and this I wouldn't call "good" -- just "passable".
