Fabulous flip flops

Buying footwear online can be an exercise in frustration, but I’ve learned from my experiences. I purposely bought these flipflops in a larger size (because if they ended up being too big, I would still be able to wear them. Wearing shoes that are too small is asking for pain and misery).In general, I find it is easier to wear larger flip flops. I wear a size 8 normally, but I like the base of the sole to be wider than my foot (so if I hit something while I’m walking, it will bounce off the sole instead of hitting my foot!). Even though I bought a size 10, the sole is almost a good fit (slightly wider than my foot, but not too wide). If I had bought the shoe in my actual size, I think my feet would be sticking out the sides of the shoe (never a good look).Weirdly enough, the straps on these flip flops are a bit too wide for the shoe size (flopping over the sides, instead of fitting snuggly). I always buy flipflops in a size 10, and this has never been an issue before (unless I have preternaturally narrow feet, and never noticed it).In spite of the sizing issues, I still think these are some very well-made sandals. When I bought them, I was expecting to receive basic rubber flip flops (like the ones you can buy from Joe Fresh or the Dollar store) but these are heavier and have a nice, solid feel to them.I usually end up having to replace rubber flipflops at LEAST once a year, because the straps always break and snap right off. These straps feel much more solid (and look really nice, I might add, with a pretty metallic shine) so I’m hoping they will last a long time.EDIT: The straps broke off, which was unexpected as these flip flops seemed sturdy. I thought they would last 3 years at the very least, but no, they lasted for 1 year and a month. Expected better for the price.

Das Produkt ist gut , keine Frage .... aber , ich habe Schuhgröße 39 , und habe extra in 40 bestellt , und das passt man gerade so . Mein erstes paar habe ich vor über 10 Jahren gekauft und die sind immer noch top . Mal sehen wie lange diese halten 😁
