We've bought this boxing machine in December and decided to wait a few months before we'd rate it. It turned out to be a fun and entertaining workout routine. This box is sturdy, easy to install and holding up well even against the meanest punches 👊. I personally love the adjustable speed levels. We highly recommend it for everyone who's looking for an exercise that's rhythmic and paced to suit their own stamina/energy level. It's been helpful to lose some weight already and to tone my arms. It's a great value for your money, thus, solid 5 stars from me and my family.

I love it a lot and it’s super useful to use to get my frustration out. My only complaint is that no where in the instructions does it say how to turn off the sound affects when u hit it. It plays over my music and it’s louder than it should be, if anyone knows how to turn that off but also have the music still playing please help. The item also perfectly sticks to any surface and has 2 options when it comes to that. Very sturdy and worth the money. Easy to connect to my phone to play my playlists and easy to understand how to connect. The gloves are high quality and easy to put on. The punch pads also can be hit with no gloves because they are somewhat soft. The gloves don’t move much around your hands when worn which is great. Awesome product overall and would purchase again if it ever breaks. So far, the product hasn’t had any mess ups or technical difficulties. If you’re looking for something to punch but don’t have enough money for those huge punching bags like me, buy this. I used this all night and it was great. I did mute the whole thing though because the noises it made when I punched it agitated me because it was as loud as my music so it ruined the point. Great product to add to a daily workout routine. Gets tour hear date up quickly and is a really good way to relieve stress. The light up targets and punch tracker give you extra reasons to get up and exercise. The Bluetooth works well, the only problem is that the mock punch noise volume is higher than the volume of the music.

I love it! My grandkids love it! They actually use the palms of their hands or fingers to hit the circles. The different speeds are fun for the and the count gesture is especially nice for them to compete with each other.The sound is great and the ability to use my songs through Bluetooth is a fabulous feature.Each circle is sturdy and the material is similar to a trampoline material under the feel of leather (hard to explain).Super easy to set up and attach to the wall. We did put the bottoms of the strips a bit higher, only to keep the younger children from playing with it. The machine itself totally stays where you want it, and does not move. The velcro actually makes it hard to remove and change positions, but in a good way, because it stays put.As for us, (gramma & grampa), it’s a great work out for our arms and not too mention the muscles across our shoulders.

The media could not be loaded. This is so awesome. My grandson and I love how easy to use this is. It's also very easy to assembly. Just use the Velcro included in box to stick it on to the wall. Don't worry it's very secure and won't move while punching. The workout effectiveness is superb giving some much needed cardio in a fun way. As for the comfort the gloves fit well and softens the punch impact. It also has a beautiful design and interface. I don't regret this purchase because it's definitely value for money. Playing Bluetooth music is a great plus for it too.
