This is the email I sent to the seller: I bought a WB008 on 3/7/19 via Amazon, received on 8/7/19 but today is the first time I had a chance to try it, and it didn’t work Both receivers are fully charged. Inserted receiver into microphone port, turned on as directed. Blue light flashes. Turned on microphone, press + for 3 seconds, blue light stop flashing. Microphone volume on amplifier turned on to high System volume on amplifier turned on to high Wireless microphone volume turned onto high by 1 second tab on + button Nothing happens. No sound. Tried it on two separate amplifier systems. The amplifier systems work with a line microphone What will you do? Doug Lee 4 Aug 2019
