It was easy to set up and use right away. I had heard from others that this product would be beneficial for many health issues. I can tell that it immediately helps with balance, circulation, muscle stimulation and hopefully bone density and metabolism. I have only used it a few days so far, but with all the features it has, I can tell it will be useful for a long time. As one grows stronger, you can increase the speed and intensity.

I have had good results with this product. I feel that it has improved my lymphatic drainage. It has worked much better than doing lymphatic massage. The product is sturdy and easy to use. It was a good price point compared to some other plates and is easy to store.

Great tool to help relaxing muscles. Got it for my mom to help her with recovery and she loves it. Vibrations are consistent without doing too much work and also she loves the ability to change as per her needs. So compact, she keeps it under her bed and uses it as needed to help with blood circulation. Solid device to get a quick warmup and work up started and at a decent price.

I’m so glad it fits nicely in my room without taking up too much space. Everything works great, and it has a remote, which is a nice touch. I enjoy using it for workouts. You can feel the intensity right from the start, and you’ll certainly feel the burn!

I bought this per my doctor for lower back issues. Wow! It is so powerful and I love the different speeds and programs. I get a full workout in, along with help with lymphatic drainage! It's small but powerful! It's worth the money for sure!

Need to have this located in a place where you can hold onto something to help keep your balance, example next to a chest-of-drawers.Works great. Not too noisy. Easy to use.Not yet able to determine effectiveness for pain or energy increase.
