Yup, it's really good powdered milk from AMERICAN COWS! I don't know about other brands and their sources, but I'm alwats happy to get dairy from America! It says its an 'introductory price'. I do hope it doesn't go up too high. Currently only Wal-Mart brand is cheaper by a little and has a different texture - granules, where this brand is powder. I also like the packaging for pantry storage, however I'd prefer a LONG shelf life. I've been known to take packages and put them inside another vacuum seal bag for extended life. I've just ordered 2 more bags at the $10 price to stock up.

This is the best tasting powdered skim milk l have used. The light powder allows for quick deslove.It has no after taste. I made a light strawberry/pineapple custard using this product and it came out perfect.I recommend this product.

I liked this product very much. Good value, good flavor, mixes easily. Only when I tried to buy more did I look into its origins. Company name and address on label say Green Grass Ingredients, Lake Forest, CA. I looked the address up, it's a mail box at a UPS store, not a physical location. Owner turns out to be a tax accountant in his day job. At the top of the Amazon listing, in tiny blue words at the end it says, "by BN Labs." Nowhere on the packaging is this name. BN Labs website doesn't list powdered milk as a product they offer. I would like to have more confidence in this product by way of knowing about its origins.

Because of my schedule it isn't always convenient to have fluid milk on hand so I buy powdered. Saw this and was impressed by the reviews enough to try it. It truly has a delicious creamy flavor and it dissolves well in hot or cold water. I don't like the bag it comes in and find the closure difficult, but the powder is easily transferred to my own container with a lid. This is the best powdered nonfat milk powder I've tried and I highly recommend it.

If anyone had told me I'd be writing a review for powdered milk.... I got this as a healthier alternative to CoffeeMate at work, where there's no fridge. Unlike everything else I've tried, this doesn't leave vile clumpy white chunks in my coffee! So it's a rave from me.

I'm a single man so when I bought a gallon of milk, it would go sour in my refrigerator before I used it up. I was wasting about 1.5 pints for every gallon I bought. No more! I mix a quart of this powder every three days so it never goes sour on me. And I can't tell any difference in the taste! Great product.

I purchased this milk powder to use in bread machine recipes. I was surprised how large the bag is for the price! Does what I expected for the bread. I don't plan to use it for drinking, but I will use it for other baking. Can't beat the price per cup. I only wish the bag was better suited for storage!
