Looks like a well designed and well make product - with a couple of key exceptions on the design. The big problem: there is no flexibility/tolerance with the fixing holes in the seat - they are 14cm apart, and the design has no allowance for any variation. My Mum's 25-year old toilets (in the UK) have holes at the back of the toilet bowl 16.5cm apart. So I can't fix it to Mum's loo. Returning the product.Also worth noting that the booster seat is designed to have a regular seat-and-lid placed on top, before the bolts go in. The design requires that the seat-and-lid have fixing holes - not the slotted mechanism used on most modern toilet seats.

I bought this to use after knee surgery as I was really struggling.We are unable to attach this to the bowl.There are not pre drilled holes for the bolts and wing nuts supplied to fit this item safely or securely to the toilet bowl.Complete waste of time and money.Returning and having to wait for another to arrive from a different supplier.Very disappointed, out of pocket and still inconvenienced.

Good product..easy installation. But handles a little bit wobbly

My mom visited and has trouble getting off the toilet. The seat was easy to install and remove. She said it was very steady and my mom weighs about 235 lbs. I’m keeping it for all of her future visits.

Works great, love that it bolts on to the toilet. Means there is no risk of it shifting or tipping. Only issue was the metal washer was too big for the toilet seat so will have to replace that. Other than that, love it.
