I thought it was too loud especially when sleeping at night. The cable was also too short for my liking, couldn’t really reach up to my desk

Set up pretty easy, short power cord; works for me, but not perhaps all. Did not like the cannula sent with the product, it whistled when in use. One thing that was super concerning was the settings guide in the instruction manual. Their setting #1 was for severe disease, where as any prescription above 4LPMs is considered higher oxygen flow. People need this higher flow rate for various reasons, one of the most common being scarring in the lungs. Regardless of why you need this higher flow rate, you will need a high-flow oxygen concentrator to fulfill this prescription. Hence, a little confused and concerned.

The unit is very quiet. Works great takes up small amount of room. Not super heavy

When I received the package, I found that more than one machine part was missing, which made it completely impossible for me to use it. Disappointed.

We received a defective machine and I contacted customer service. They were great to work with! The machine itself is nice!
