Samsung 43" Q60D QLED 4K, Powered by Quantum Dot, Quantum HDR, Object Tracking Sound Lit, Gaming Hub, DUAL LED

This TV was to replace an older Sony that had frozen up after becoming increasingly glitchy. I had been looking at TCL and hisence which were a bit cheaper, but the reviews seemed more mixed than gor this. Also it would arrive on a Saturday rather than a work day. Delivery was a bit of a game, but when isn't it?. Anyway, it duly arrived and was set up the next morning. It's a few years since I set up a TV, and things have come along. Very easy with a phone to set up Netflix etc. picture is great once all tha motion stuff is switched off. For me the eco option is actually best after light tinkering. Dark scenes will never be up to oled standards, but they are a whole lot better than previous TV. Sounds is thin but it's linked to a soundbase and a surround set up so not an issue. Operating system seems fine, pretty quick to connect and select apps. I've not used the second remote yet so can't comment on that. The main one is ok, maybe a little crammed making it very easy to hit the wrong button, but that seems to be a common complaint on many units. All in all I'm happy.

Easy set up, great remote with one button access for Amazon Prime and Netflix, perfect clear picture and good price. Delivery on time too. We use a soundbar so can’t comment on the sound but connection to our existing Samsung soundbar was easy. Great value tv.

Had to buy an emergency TV as my old JVC broke a few days ago. Luckily the purchase coincided with Prime Day discounts! So the delivery went smooth - driver kindly brought into straight into my living room. Set up was smooth - I just followed step by step and everything clicked into place! I’ve hooked up my Humax box which I have for recording, but everything I need is on the TV so I’ll probably only switch to Humax for my recordings. I haven’t fiddled with any of the settings (brightness etc) as I haven’t felt the need to so far. My only gripe with this is I wish it had a centre stand rather than legs as I have to have it at an angle on my sideboard so I’m worried the feet are a little over the edge. I will be getting a piece of wood to stand it on soon. Sorry I can’t give any technical reviews as I haven’t a clue! All I know is it arrived in perfect condition - I can see and hear it clearly and it was really easy to set up. So just the legs were the problem - but 99% of the tv’s I read up on had this. The only models that had a centre stand didn’t have good reviews so I opted for this model. Oh and I would have preferred a slightly larger remote with the menu up down left and right to be more in the middle. I will get used to it in time though. Just thought of another thing - the screen is quite shiny and I think my old telly was more Matt- so I can see reflections when I’m watching the film. I have removed the screen protector which it said in the instructions. So after only a couple of hours use I would say I’m happy with the purchase.

I like Samsung tv's and have had them for years. This budget tv replaces a Samsung tv that lasted 6 years before it failed. The picture is excellent, no complaints. A soundbar is needed though and together produce a very good viewing experience. Good value.

This TV is great value for money. The remote is simplified but very functional; it can be charged via the input solar panel or USB-C connection. The 4k picture quality is really good. Not a fan of the more complicated picture processing modes, I tend to leave it on normal. Sound is good considering it really thin, but you can always add a sound bar. The smart TV features are good, really fast. You can't go far wrong buying this TV if you are on a budget. The colours are really bright and vivid, not as good as OLED, but far better than straight LED.

The to it’s absolute amazing,picture quality and design 10/10 Electricity consumption it’s a bit high ,but nowadays,those tv’s are like mini computers,so I’m not surprised there . Really good sound for its size ,and comes with two remotes ,which is handy . Overall I’m very happy with this product specially if you get it on Black Friday deal ,it’s worth every penny .

TV very easy to set up, when you first switch it on the screen takes you through the stages. As I didn't have a Samsung account I set this up on my tablet as the option was offered. Great picture and sound and Samsung tv app gives you a wide choice of programming. I had to look up online some help to get the ordinary tv through the aerial and did an auto scan through the settings. I'm not very experienced at technology but it was straightforward. So far I am delighted with this product. I have the 43 inch.

This is my second Samsung TV. As with my earlier 55” model, which is still working very well, this 43” one is equally impressive in terms of performance, both in picture quality and sound. Highly recommended. The only slight flaw in this 2024 model is that it is VERY tricky to insert the mains plug into the socket at the back of the TV.
