The entire contents of this book could have been summarised in under 5 pages! I am not a legal expert but I am able to think and this book was ridiculous both for its simplicity but mostly for its repetitiveness - more so as I paid over £18 for it! It was an exercise in writing fluff and stringing it out over the longest possible wordcount. I began to think the authors (they are a collective with one nom de plume), were in a secret bet to see how many times they could get away with relating the same basic few points and still get this book published. I would have learned just as much information had I googled 1. living trusts, 2. irrevocable trusts and 3. probate.NB. The information pertains to the American system (overseas purchasers beware).

Too much repetitive waffle and US legal jargon. I wanted a simple guide as to how to set up a Living Trust so as far as I am concerned it was a waste of my time and money.

I have to say I was disappointed with this book. The description on amazon included "10 EXCLUSIVE LIVING TRUST FORMS INCLUDED WITH YOUR PURCHASE!"However, you need to sign up for the email list to access these. Only to find the link they send you to download the forms doesn't work. So I still don't have the forms. And without the forms you can't really put the book into action.Disappointed.
