Q: I don't want to connect this with anything. I just want an accurate, easy to use bp monitor. Will this do?

This is a great bp monitor and easy to use. I checked the Omron monitor against the monitor my nurse uses and it was accurate.

Q: After using this for 6 months without a problem, it's been giving me an E5 error. Why?

The E5 error means that the pulse is not significant enough to get a reading. Don’t be afraid to wrap the cuff on your bicep snug - like a pair of socks. It will not over tighten during its testing. You should also have the arm you’re testing resting unbent on a table/desk above your heart. Hope this helps!

Q: Does it has stand alone memory?

Yes, but it can't be exported without linking to their online service and sharing that information with them and their partners. I don't know how large the memory is, but so far it's logged 39 entries for me, which I can cycle through with buttons under the display.

Q: Does it have Power adapter option?

Adapters are in the $7-15 range on Amazon. I use an old Radio Shack universal (3-12volt) adapter I've had for years. 4AA alkaline batteries only last 9-10 months and I hate throwing them away.
