This supplement uses advanced liposomal technology for enhanced nutrient absorption. Apparently, this method protects nutrients from stomach acid, improves bioavailability, and improves cellular uptake. Spermidine also induces a process that removes damaged cells and promotes renewal. All of this resonated with me. I am at an age now where nails and hair need all the help they can get as well as other help with anti-aging. I am not at a point where I can say if these are helping but I have to trust that this Tatler anti-aging supplement award winner will have gone through rigorous testing.

This is a 1-month supply at 2 capsules a day or 2-month supply at 1 capsule a day. The capsules are easy to swallow providing lipsomal spermidine.Since it is liposomal then it increases its absorbency so you are able to get more of the nutrient.Like with any supplement you would need to take it for a longer period to start noticing the effects and benefits and that can also vary based on individuals. Overall this appears to be a good quality supplement.

I have been using different Spermidine products for a while now. They don't always perform the same, but when I use what I describe as a good product I can feel the difference - less tiredness and more energy.So when I came across a liposomal version I was intrigued to investigate if this novel method of delivery would improve the absorption and effectiveness. The results so far are not fully conclusive but I do feel that it is more effective than others. The only thing I would add is a small amount of zinc that some others contain, although this is easy to take separately.Quite a big investment so its hard to advise definitively to buy this, but I would say if you're familiar with the senolytic space and are curious to see if you can upgrade your experience, then it is worth giving this particular product a go.

I have been taking Spermidine for several months now so thought I would give this one a try. Of course it is mostly speculation if it has the claimed effects, but I am happy to try anyway as I am the wrong side of 60!Research into spermidine taught me that the best type to get is made from wheat; this makes no mention of its origin so it may be wheat or it may be lab manufactured.They mention that is won an award from Tatler; not that I can find. A spermidine product of theirs did win in the 2023 Beauty awards but it is not this product.Apparently the "liposomal" bit of it is something that helps the body absorb it better. If that's true then seems like a bonus.Easy to swallow, two a day will give you a month supply. Manufactured in the UK to GMP standards.

This is an expensive supplement which MAY have anti-aging and health benefits but even in the information on this page there is a big use of the word 'may' in the claimed benefits so it seems none of these claims are proven and studies on Spermidine seem to conflict each other, so it boils down to whether you believe it works and are prepared to pay the high price for this product to find out. I've been taking this product for a couple of weeks and can't say I've noticed any difference so far, but it's likely it needs to be taken long term to see any perceived benefits.The 60 capsules are supplied in a small recyclable bag and are to be taken at a dose of 1-2 tablets per day. They are easy to swallow and I think 1 per day is enough especially seeing as they use liposomal technology for better uptake and fast absorption. This likely adds to the high price as liposomal versions are always more expensive. Personally I think I need more evidence that this stuff works before committing to expensive long term use.

And as I near my 50th time around the sun, I am always looking for ways to improve my energy and skin health. And do a gazillion thing already to support this.But here comes Spermidine to potentially help it even more….I experiment with supplements a lot. And I say that both as a health practitioner and as someone with a Long Term Health condition who has found immense help with supplements. Some of which have come from Y&E.I’ve looked into the science of these and it’s exciting. I’ve only been taking them for a short while so waiting to look in the mirror and see my 27 years old self staring back at me. 🤭🤨😁 But really interested to give these a go. Nice work Y&E.

As a woman journeying through the menopause, I've been reading quite a bit about Spermidine and other supplements and I think it's worth trying anything that could help as we age and are affected by the menopause.The body can produce spermidine and you can also get certain foodstuffs that are rich in it, like soybeans and mushrooms for instance. Fasting can also increase Spermidine levels apparently. It's great to eat and live healthily but it's also great to be able to give your body what it needs in the form of a supplement.I've been taking Spermidine for a couple of months now and although it's hard to say if they or other supplements I take are doing what they are supposed to but I am seeing some benefits so I'm happy to continue taking them.UPDATE: I have noticed that a reviewer gave this supplement a one-star review because they couldn't find the expiry date. There is an expiry date on the packet, it is on the bottom between the two folds - see my photo for more details.
