The media could not be loaded.  Without any doubt, it’s a great deal for the price. If you buy all these accessories separately, it is going to cost at least 2-3 times more than this one cost. So probably you can buy this even if you don’t need the complete set as I did. I would recommend this kit.My 2 cents below:Pros:- Comes as a complete kit that suffices needs for any indoor misting needs- Parts are of great quality and misters have a unique flexible design- The pump tube has a long length that makes it easy to connect to the outlet even when it is far from the misting system- All the needed accessories are included- The timer has multiple settings options to fit the misting needs- LED display in the timer device makes it fancy & is easy to operate as well- Reasonably priced for the quality & functionalityCons:- None that I see for this price & the quality

The media could not be loaded.  Update: Customer service has been great. They replaced the mister quickly, tried to help troubleshoot the faulty mister, and the new one is working great. It was a bit difficult to figure out how to set the machine to the correct timing, but once we got that it has been great. The plants and my ball python are all happyWorked great for two days. Now the display screen is locked, nothing works, and it's chirping incessantly.After contacting the company they were very helpful trying to troubleshoot why it isn't working. We couldn't fix it so they have shipped a replacement. Will update again once I receive replacement.

From the start, this product is extremely loud and the "mist" really is more like a spray than a mist. I noticed after about a month, month and a half, the nozzles started to "spit" like air was getting in with the water. I checked the inlet of the pump and everything was still well submerged so after finally getting annoyed with it, I bought 2 nozzles from another vendor and installed those. The spray seemed to be more fine but still had this "spitting" noise. I assumed the pump was going bad so I went ahead and unplugged it to see what the cause was again and found the outlet pipe had broken off in the tube allowing air to be pumped in as well. I literally had this setup for 4 months total and it already broke. I hadn't even gone through 1 5 gallon jug of water yet. Waste of money. Will be purchasing another misting system through another manufacturer. "You pay for what you get."

Update Sept 12, 2022:Shortly after updating my review to a two-star, I was contacted by the seller and was offered to receive a replacement product. The seller was responsive and cared about the quality of the product. The replacement seems to be functioning well, but I will provide a new update after seeing how long this replacement will last.Update Sept 5, 2022:After a month of use, it seems like the motor inside has started to fail. The motor is leaking inside and is filling up the box with water. The spray strength is significantly low. I was really enjoyed this product, which is too bad that it started showing failures after just a month. Shortly died completely after this update.Update Nov 11, 2022:This product is still going well after two months. I decided to update the review to four stars since it just seemed like I got a bad first product.I’ve been looking into getting a misting system for my red foot tortoises for a long time, but always put it off because of how expensive most misting system kits are. The Smart misting does exactly what I need it to do without being overly expensive. I was a bit skeptical about it due to the price, but I’m glad I decided to go with it.The settings are very simple. The left button is to set how long you want the misting system to spray for (5sec - 60sec). The right button is to set how often I want it to spray for (1hr - 24hr). The middle button will either turn it off, turn the misters on, or turn it to timer mode based on what you set the left and right buttons to.My red foot tortoises are noticeable more active. It has been getting dry lately and this affordable kit has helped me know that my tortoises are getting their ideal environment.
