I take these vitamins daily and regularly for my health with my iron pills for an added boost. They’re easy to swallow, they seem to easily absorb, they’re effective, and the quality/dosage is great for the price. They’re not sticky, but I would definitely recommend keeping them in a cool dry climate. These are the best form of vitamin C I have found to be affective and get the job completed
